IF I COULD GIVE -0 stars I would This place is Unprofessional, Rude and the owner Is never at the store!! You have to be chasing here for here to give you your orders!!! It was my first and last time I ever shop at this store, I ordered some stuff for my wedding one month in advance, she told us that our stuff would get to her store in a week! ( that’s the scam she tells clients ) And that she would call us. NEVER CALLED US. I Have to be calling her to see if my stuff are there yet and it’s always a excuse, a whole month and my stuff are not here yet!!! Now I have to rush. ALSO she will not give your MONEY BACKKK. Don’t shop here avoid the headache!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Worst party place in newburgh. They are completely unprofessional and have no consideration for the customer. I paid for 30 ribbons for my shower, the daughter called me to tell me there was an error in the printing and they needed to be redone. Then I go to pick up the ribbons and they printed them on the WRONG COLOR . It was no where near the color I selected and the owner accused me of writing the wrong color down. I went out and purchased my own ribbon for them to print them correctly and they shorted me 3 ribbons 2 DAYS BEFORE MY SHOWER. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE... EVER. It's not worth the savings.

Complete un professional garbage! Worst experience for my baby shower. Made the chair completely different colors than what we explained to them. Then after calling them to see if we can fix it the owner screams at me through the phone and hangs up! Disgusting attitude for work that isn't even done right or of quality. Make sure you remember to pick up your deposit because they won't remind you and will try to rob you! -5 stars and they will never see my face again.
