I got a one month car wash for $32.43 after the month they charge me again I did not give them permission to charge me again. The one on Broadway told me to go to the one on Robinson down the street from Dunkin to get a refund. I went and I explained to the person that I want a refund. He did not refund my money the he told me to go to my bank and say somebody took money from my account. I feel at the time of purchase the person should of said you have to cancel before the end of the month so you won't get charged. I didn't know this. I recommend do not go there if you have a problem with their work. Wash wasn't all that great. They won't get my money no more.

Horrible service . Staff was rude. Left with my windows all smeared . When staff was asked to do it , they ignored us . Never going back. Used to be a great business .

Do not schedule with the website. I had a confirmed booking on their website and when I dropped off they told me they didn't get it and I needed to reschedule. I'll update this review after my rebooked appointment.

Drove in asked for super superior clean.
Guy was pushy trying to up grade me. That never has happened before. If I wanted more I would ask. Went to cash out the guy at desk didn't speak any English whatsoever. I asked for military discount as they used to give it. He just kept pointing at the credit card machine shaking his head yes. Not sure what's going on but I'll start going to the one on upper 17k from now on.

I dropped off my care at 9 am for a complete interior detailing. When I check in, the lady at the reception said that they only have one guy doing detailing so they didn't have an exact estimate of time of when it would be finished. I called at around 2:30 pm to see if my car was ready after not hearing back. Had to call several times before someone picked up the phone. They informed me that only half the car was done, due to the guy having to stop to do an express detailing and that they were still unsure what time it would be finished. It is not almost 4:30 pm and still have not heard anything about my car being done. Don't understand the point of scheduling an appointment, if they will just allow walk ins to take first priority. I had also gotten a discounted certificate for the services, so that may be another reason my car was not giving priority, since I did not pay full price.
Not judging the fact the only have one detailer, but they shouldn’t be taking on jobs that they do not have the staff to complete and get the work done

The car wash is not the best, the back of my SUV was dirty after exiting. Full service vehicles get more attention than simple exterior vehicles. I waited five minutes before my vehicle was dried with a towel.
The service that I do like is the photo inspection. Note, call or go in person to make an appointment. Without an appointment, you will not be seen.

Paid to get my car washed and detailed they stole my mom cross who passed away last year all the change out the car and sprayed something on my radio screen to were it’s black now been calling owner no response so I’m going there with the cops

Brought my car to get full service detail ,with a coupon I spent 95$ originally supposed to be a 180$ valu. This is the worst quality job i have ever experienced . The car is still filthy . Basically spent almost 100 dollars for a car wash . I am so pissed I dropped my car off at 9am and it wasn't done until 5pm . They soaked the button on my steering wheel and now it's not working any more . They damaged my car .I want to speak to the owner because this is absolutely terrible.

I visited the car wash and paid $162. If i can see how to do it i will posting pictures. For me a detail should be just that. There was nothing detailed about this and i just bought the car so it wasnt even really that dirty. Im so disappointed and i will be going back for them to make good on this or get my money back. I will report the results of how this turns out.

I've been coming here for 2 years. Every time, they really clean well. They give good prices. I also recommend signing up for their rewards programs if you come often like I do. I highly recommend this place.
