Dropped off my clothes and when went to go get them they told me someone picked tho when I never picked up and I have the ticket and the money still . So disappointing! Spoke to management and she decided to argue with me saying maybe you picked it up as I asked to run the cameras there is none. What a nightmare.

I have been going to them for over a year dropping off about 1-2 comforters weekly. The staff has been great. Recently there is a new girl there and she is a complete nightmare. She gave me wet comforters, shes arguing with me about the comforters that she needs to charge more. She is not very intelligent from a buisness persecutive as we are no longer paying for drop off and pick up. We are just washing them there ourselves which is way less money that the buisness makes. We also have a multitude of businesses and in the summer those 1-2 comforters jump to about 6-7. We tried numerous times to speak to the owner just to let them know but we have not received a call back (I dont think this new girl is giving them the message ). Hopefully the owner reads this and makes some smart buisness decisions cause having this girl run your business is going to result in a lot of loss.

I have been using this this company for a few months now, I have always had a nice experience with them, however I’m giving them two stars because they recently hired a new girl that doesn’t do a very good job. I asked her time and time to have the manager call me, she some how manages to work her way out of this happening. I’m hoping management will please contact me.

The place is large, clean, there is good space to fold clothes, but the service from those who serve is poor. There is only one educated Hispanic girl with a good attitude. I would give her a 5 star, but the rest of the staff seem to work reluctantly. .

It was clean. Change machines worked. The washers are highly priced, but they are better than surrounding area ones. Will go back. It was late evening 745pm..not too busy for Friday. By the time we left 9pm, it was empty..the last wash is 830pm.

This laundry mat smells like eggs. I don't recommend washing your clothes here. They definitely have an issue with the water.

Nice, clean place that's reasonably priced. I come here to wash blankets, throw rugs, and big loads of laundry when my washer craps out (more often than not).

It's clean. Usually at 7am it's not that busy. Largest washers fit king size comforters nicely. I like this establishment.

I was trying to update from a negative 1 star and then after response from the owner, updated 3 star review I had left a year ago, but I guess the laundromat had google remove it. However, I wanted to still leave my updated experience:I am updating my review because I recently went back to this laundromat. I have been so busy with work and other responsibilities, my clothes just piled up. My time has been very limited and I have been overwhelmed with responsibilities. I didn’t really know anywhere else to go and I have been too busy and too exhausted to do the clothes myself. I remembered the owner sent me a message a year ago to come back and she would give me a discount for next time. I didn't go back at that time (and I never requested the discount). However, I had my husband bring my clothes for me about a week ago. I had to work as usual so I couldn't go myself. I must say, whoever did the clothes absolutely did an awesome job this time and no clothes were lost. They were folded nicely, the bras remained in the bra mesh bag, and the clothes smelled very clean. I will go back again. The previous time I went, may have been a "fluke" where I got the new girl. But this time everything was perfect. Thank you so much. Everything went well and was perfect, even down to all my many socks being paired and folded. Thanks again.
