Customer service is sorely lacking. While I understand there is a worker shortage, when asked if they had a sale product I was told someone would be right out of the back with them. 20 minutes later I finally flagged down a worker in another department who got me a manager. Upon questioning people in that department no one knew or admitted they knew about my request. This seems to be a consistent issue in this store. The attitudes of those that are working are lousy. Whether this is a hiring issue, or management issue is irrelevant, when you work with the public having a bad attitude hurts your business.

I had a horrible experience at this store recently. After picking up some groceries and paying for them at one of the self check-out registers, I started to exit the store. As soon as I went through door, one of the wheels to my cart locked. I was bewildered and kept pushing the cart to get it to move. However, no matter how hard I pushed it, it would not move. Suddenly, an employee of the store approached me, very aggressively I might add, and demanded to see my receipt. I complied and asked her what the problem was. She did not give me an explanation, but after she had checked my receipt and the contents of my cart, she used a phone to input a code that unlocked the wheel of my cart. It is obvious to me that Price Chopper profiled me. Why? I think because they felt like doing so, because there was no other reasonable or rational explanation for what they did. What infuriates me is that the employee did not even have the decency to apologize to me after humiliating me. Needless to say, I will never shop there again, and I intend to write the company's C.E.O. to inform him of the incident.P.S. Did anyone know that they had these devices that can remotely lock the wheel of the carts?

For the fresh vegetables and seafood alone it's worth the trip. Then add on how everyone is always asking me if I need assistance? and the meat department has team members who can actually answer questions and share what they know. It's a win every time I come here. Thank you.

This is a review of the seafood area. So, there's a sign in the seafood area that says it closes at 8. It was Friday. I drove 50 miles because I enjoyed the shrimp the day before. Arrived at 6:50. Employee was cleaning and ignored me. I asked him how I could place and order and he blandly said go ahead. When I asked for 3 lbs of fried shrimp he told me the fryer was off for the night. I questioned that assertion since the sign on the counter said otherwise. He said fryer closes at 7. I said it's not 7. He says it closes somewhere around 7. I pleaded with him to prepare my food. He adamantly stood by no. How can a lone employee make up his own rules? I spoke with manager and my food was prepared. The employee needs to be reminded that it's not his fish joint. I hope he's retrained on appropriate customer engagement.

The workers are extremely slow. If they don't have capacity then hire more people. I wasn't able to get my medicine, which I needed because I just had surgery and I'm in so much pain. They said they are busy and come back tomorrow. If you can't fulfill patient medicine then let the doctor's office know so they can find another that can accommodate!!! Once I receive my medicine I'll be changing my pharmacy! Unacceptable!

DON'T EAT THEIR PREPARED FOODS - they must not wear gloves when making them as my daughter had a bandaid in her food. No worries Market 32 send her a WHOPPING $15 Gift Card for losing a BAND AID In her food - which she didn't find until she was half way through her meal. GROSS!

We bought alot of produce and it was either moldy or rotten once we cut into it. Clean store but this is the second time that this has happened to us.
