On a recent Saturday morning, we needed some plywood for a project. This particular plywood needed to be restocked though, as there were not enough pieces down on the floor to reach. To our relief, Leo stepped in and coordinated this with another guy a few minutes before he ended his shift for the morning! The enormous stack of plywood was moved from the upper level down to the floor for us to access. The next thing we needed was a few of these pieces cut. Christopher and Sal were tremendously helpful at the saw, measuring, cutting and helping to put the plywood back onto our cart. Great teamwork and customer service!

I recently visited Lowe's Home Improvement and had such a positive experience that I would rate it 5 stars. As I'm in the midst of renovating my house, I find myself frequenting this store almost every other day. What stands out to me the most is the consistently great customer service. Whenever I need assistance, there's always a helpful staff member nearby, and they're usually quite knowledgeable about the products and materials.
Moreover, the organization of the store is impressive; everything is where it needs to be, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. Additionally, the security measures in place give me peace of mind. While they may keep a close eye on customers during checkout, I've found it reassuring rather than intrusive.
Overall, Lowe's is a dope place to shop for home improvement needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to give it a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.

Bought a brand new Greenworks power washer. Upon opening it, it was clear it was a returned power washer. Wheels already attached, scratched corners. Engine didn’t work (I assume this is why it was returned) and I can’t return it to Lowe’s. If the engine worked I wouldn't have cared about some scratches.
My main complaint here is being sold a used machine as new. I could have paid a used price on ebay or marketplace for that.
After calling Greenworks to get a replacement via warranty the rep informed me the serial number was for a 2022. I purchased mid 2024.
In the end I'm getting the new power washer but only after spending several extra hours of my time because I was sold a used and broken power washer as new.

Costumer Service here is terrible, I've been waiting over an hour to get help & help with purchasing merchandise. I'm even falling asleep waiting for a staff member to return

Online processes difficult too. Avoid.
