I took my solid gold name ring there that I’ve had since I was nine years old to get welded back together because it got caught on something and snapped at the bottom. These people hallowed out my ring !!!! It’s not the same weight anymore and just slides off my finger. I am still trying to figure out what i can do legally. You can literally see that they took chucks out of the inside of the ring. And didn’t even have the nerve to buff it smooth !!! I am in the process of taking legal action. They are crooks who act like they don’t speak English when there is a problem !! DISHONEST CROOKS !!!

Best jewelry store in Newburgh NY no doubt about it. Good prices and good customer service. Owner is polite and is who you will deal with not any pushy salespeople. I love my pendant which was actually 200$ less at love then in the mall (same pendant) trust me and stop by take a look you wont regret it!

This is a family owned business, it’s run by an older Korean gentleman who understands how to treat his customers. Once in a while you will find his wife there too who is also extremely nice ?. I once needed a Mexico pinky ring and I literally called several places in different states. One of the biggest Jewlers in New Jersey wanted to charge me $500 for a pinky ring with a Mexican flag on it and another place in California wanted to charge me $1k. I told them they were both outside their mind and I could bug a whole vacation to Mexico for that price lmao. This man used his connections to get me a ring made in New York City and I paid $300 for a beautiful ring. He is always willing to work with you on the price and runs his business with family oriented values. Ty- GamsahBnida!!

Took my wife's ring in to get fixed. They had it for two weeks. Now that its time to pick up they tell me that it never went out. NO CALL, NO SHOW. They are fired from ever touching my jewelry again.

The owner John is very knowledgable and has ordered me special designed chains, vthat are normal for hip hop but not common in every day middle of the mall ! Lockations.

The gentleman that helped me today was amazing. There was a slight mix up in selling jewelry and he made right and was very nice about it even though I was not the nicest back. He was wonderful in the end and I thank him greatly

The waterfront and the hospital areðŸ‘ðŸ¼It's a bit unsafe at night, so don't go out walking after 12am-this goes for all cities. If you're at St. Luke's Hospital, use the garage. Use cash for parking.

Owner a crook!!!! My husband traded in our 14 k gold real diamond wedding rings to upgrade and he sold him cubic zirconia.. I found out because when I was in target plaza months after he bought it I was getting my nails done and decided to drop off ring to get polished. When I walked in same Asian men who owns place and been there for years looked at ring when I left it and said "cubic zirconia " I said excuse me??? My husband bought this from you and you took our real rings and xtra cash and now telling me it's fake... he played stupid. Out of cash and diamonds .... he is a crook.// would never give business to him again . Don't advise anyone else either.

All I can say about Newburgh is that's truly an experience. Every part of it. Some areas rough so be careful.

Newburgh has good and bad parts to it. Broadway St. reminds me of a street in New Orleans French Quarters.
