They deleted my review. I got a foot bacteria from their salons pedicure stations because they don’t use liners and are unsanitary and wouldn’t refund me my money and wanted me to show my feet to the camera on the wall. I will do this everyday as they delete my reviews to make sure people don’t go there because I have to now put cream on my feet because they are not sanitary. I can post the urgent care notes as well. Ridiculous.

I called before coming to see if anyone was available for a powder manicure. I was told there was availability, to come now. I got there and was taken right away to soak off the powder gel. The worker left me and went to the back where every employee was working on pedicures. I waited with foil and gloves on for 35 minutes before anyone came back out to check on me. I was told that it would be a few more minutes and I tried to explain that I have been waiting way to long. The guy sat and started to take the powder off after 45 minutes. The lady came back over to me and when I told her I couldn't wait anymore and that I'll just pay for a soak off, she informed me that it takes time to get the powder off. In all of my years of getting my nails done, I have never soaked for that long. As a matter of fact, in most places I have been to, I have been in and out (start to finish) in just about an hour. I find it unacceptable that I was told she could do the powder in 10 minutes, but it took 45 minutes to just take off the powder. That seems like such a rush job for the most important part of the manicure. I wouldn't have gone in the first place if they were just truthful and told me that they were busy and didn't have time for me at that time.

First time coming here and it was the BEST manicure and pedicure I’ve had in years. The place is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend going to Anna!! I’ve never had someone take such care while doing my nails. recommend!!

DON'T GO! My niece that's 3 years old could've painted my nails and toes much better, this is what desperation does because I had to get them done to go have dinner. Just HORRIBLE! Nails done on Sunday and started chipping away on Tuesday. Go somewhere else not sure why they're rated 4.3. Don't go

I love my nails so much the girls in there worked fast but weren’t rushing me or anything. Also My nails feel really strong and the prices were really good, very hard to come by these days. A great variety of designs and such. Very nice lady’s will be back.

Im so glad I went here. I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure and let me tell you finding a clean and attentive place that's not over priced is hard to come by these days. I'm very happy with my nails. They have a great variety of colors and cute stickers and gems. Went by fast but I still felt very taking care of and not rushed. Very comfortable environment as well.

Not happy with the nails but I did get a very good massage that was nice. Acrylic was poorly applied and lumpy looking the colors I choose did not match and when I noticed I didn't like it I had asked to just simply paint the whole nail and she told me I'm not even done with the French yet. So I said okay, I really dislike it, I don't like confrontation so I paid. And left. I tried to upload a picture but it isn't giving me an option to do so. I also asked for a ballerina shape and she kept saying coffin and I ended up with a shape I don't like

I usually make an appointment but that never seems to matter the gal that does my nails(Sarah)! they are so greedy that no matter what the schedule is they will take whoever comes thru the door! it isn't a matter of good customer service because you should honor your appointments especially irregular customers! I will never go back after the last time there because she kept me waiting for over 2 hours I would have left but she had me sitting at the pedicure chair! I had my niece with me and she said I will go see what is keeping her this is an eight year old...she came back with this look on her face and said she is doing someone else's nailsl! I should have left! Finally got done and left her zero tip. I should have left her a penny if I only thought of it! Unfortunately the job they do is fairly good but it isn't worth the aggravation and they are more expensive than most salons! If I could give no stars I would I was so angry! Who does that and expects customers to be happy and return?
