Do NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! They are not open the hours they say they are. They “lost” drug screening for employment, sent it to the wrong place maybe one of the excuses.. there is no one at reception, no one to answer phone! Extremely unfriendly, and inattentive!! The direct you to the dirty touch screen everyone uses. Just go elsewhere!! December 6th still waiting!!!!

I been to this facility in Newburgh for years. I never had a bad experience. Staff is alway warm and friendly, and I never had to wait long.

There’s new faces and pleasant attitudes at the Newburgh LabCorp and it’s a feeling of no pressure and reassurance. The ladies play music, talk & sing to you which makes a difference when you dislike getting blood work!! All three ladies are knowledgeable in all areas of that office and helpful. The staff is accommodating and good at what they do to help patients feel comfortable. This is my go to lab, I see them weekly and love it!!

Labcorp has gone way downhill. I am switching back to Quest. I am at Newburgh location. They don’t respect the appointment time. You wait and wait and wait. It also looks very dirty now. It is not at all how it was when I started coming here years ago

I had a very very bad experience yesterday at this location! I was told to sit down and shut up by one of the techs (O) , she was very rude nasty and I felt harassed by her! I even got my NP on the phone to assist her with my matter and she was twice as rude to her, I did speak with supervisor Mary H! Who was extremely helpful! Just want to say this was the worst most dehumanizing experience I have ever had!!! Not too mention the HIPPA VIOLATION!!!

Hours are different than their own website. Huge problem for the community, especially when someone needs to get bloodwork for serious issues. Terrible customer service.

Check in process to wait in car, is ridiculous, didn't work. So, came in, receptionist extremely rude!, no acknowledgements, checked in there and informed rudely that they are running behind, asked about how long, scaufed at me and said I don't know, 20 minutes. Wow okay! Fine, but maybe you need to retrain staff or address the rudeness.

Went to take a drug test in December and I got there at 2:05 signing in after I finished signing in she goes I can't see you your to late. So of course I'm upset cause where is that info. Okay so I come back to do another on January 25,2023 I get there at 1:30 signing in and the young woman comes from the back she asking what I was here for I tell than ask why cause the young lady last month said I has to be here before 2 , I replay its only 1:30, she goes sorry but it's 1:00 she's says its closed now for that. So where H311 is ths information cause it's not on the website or the info when you call. At this point I feel like they are just making up there own rules at point. Disgusted and Annoyed.

NEWBURGH,NY site near Gidney Ave. BEWARE!!!! I DO not like writing bad reviews but I would not have if the second visit was better than the first!!! First visit had to be stuck many times before blood could be drawn and bruised very first time in my 59yrs of getting blood drawn.. Staff in a hurry to go on break!! Very unprofessional behavior upon reception!!Well Had to return as a redraw -blood drawn previously lost or etc. On this second visit autoneedle syringe used via butterfly on back of hand and back of hand sore and bruised again after three days still sore......Please re-train the young impatient workers. If veins are damaged on older patients ---that is awful medical practices!!!!! Please beware of rough handling of customers!!!

I’ve gone here for years now. It’s always “In & Out!” Very quick, painless bloodwork! Their phlebotomists are the best!

I really don't like writing bad reviews, but I hope to save people the wasted time and frustration I experienced. I made my appointment on the LabCorp website last night for a covid test, check-in via phone from my car for my 7 am appointment went smoothly. When I walk in the receptionist asked if I had paperwork for her, and then rudely explained to me that only people who have upcoming travel AND have prepaid for their test OR have a note from their doctor can get tested. I offered to pay her right there and she said I had to do it through the website before the visit and book another appointment.Even though I found Labcorp through my health care company's list of providers AND entered in my insurance information as part of the process for setting the appointment, covid tests apparently aren't covered if done through Labcorp.I like to believe that we're all doing our best and I don't fault the rude receptionist and appreciate all frontline workers, but Labcorp leadership needs to change the appointment setting process so this is made clear up front.
