Staff was nice as soon as you enter, but I expect more from specific departments ie; shoes, undergarments..etc. Staff shouldn't be more confused about the products, availability, or even where products are vs the customers. Unfortunately, I left empty-handed that day.

For this store to still remain with a wide variety of clothing, appliances, such a diverse selection of shopping needs during & post Pandemic, I have to salute and thank all parties involved for your arduous Work!!! I visited many Khol's from in the area & all the way to Florida and none, unequivocally compares to Khol's of Newburgh N.Y. It's been traumatic and we're not out of the woods completely but thank you for your continued efforts & service to provide a pleasant shopping experience for all!!!

I love the woman Rinna who works with Amazon Customer Service. No matter how busy she gets, she moves swiftly, is so friendly and personable, can answer any question you could possibly have, and more. She even helps with the use of my phone, which I'm totally lost at doing. I went to give her a kudos today, but all the managers were in a meeting. She is an asset to the Kohl's corporation! Shopping at Kohl's is a pleasant experience indeed!
