I brought my computer in because it was shutting off, the battery was having issues and my shift keys did not work. It took them almost two months to do anything with the computer. They didn't fix anything that I brought the computer in for. Just installed a new hard drive. When I told them about my shift keys still not working I was told that I could just use the on screen keyboard setting and that they would order a new keyboard. I never heard back from them. So, basically they fixed nothing that I asked them to. Installed a new hard drive that is questionable that was even needed. I am very dissatisfied with this service. When I try and call them they do not answer the phone.

Paid 200 to get the charging port of my gaming laptop fixed . 2 weeks later laptop won’t charge at all …….. going to have to spend money getting it fixed again but taking it elsewhere this is rediculous.

stay away from this ppl they are scammers i my hard drive needs recovery they charge me 43 $ and after week they said we can't recovery it and refuse to refund me they money scammer stay away never dealing with this scammer

I bought a new laptop to replace the old one. No way was I going to venture in setting up the new one and tapping into the hard drive. I left this all to the best comp specialists around. Quick turn around time, gave extra help to a novice like me. Very curteous and professional. I never hesitate going to comp. specialists for all my computer needs.

I have been coming here for years with my father. They built me my first gaming machine when I was young. Would also answer any questions I had to ask or give advice when I needed it. This time around a few years later I decided to buy the parts myself and have them build it with my new parts and a few of my old parts. I ran into a problem with the new motherboard being bad and it was past the return date from where I bought it from. They helped me return the bad motherboard directly through Asus. They also put my original machine back together so I could use it for college until the part came back in. They also sold me a water cooler since my old cooling fan wouldn't fit my new processor! These guys are great and I highly recommend them!
