Very disappointing experience here and very rude, terrible customer service! We reserved a spot for open ice time at the Poughkeepsie location because the website said a slot was open but when we arrived at the McCann Ice Arena, we were told that they closed at 4 PM for the day and our reservations were for 7 PM. We were then informed that we would have to go to the Ice Time Sports Complex, however it was too late to drive all the way to Newburgh and we would have had only 50 minutes to skate which didn't seem worth it. As I was explaining the situation on the phone to the front desk at Ice Time, the lady hung up even though I was being super respectful. When I called back again, they were not empathetic to my situation, and would not give a refund nor store credit for another day. Will definitely not be going here ever!

I am very disappointed that in this day and age with Covid people are asked to pre pay and if someone is unable to make the pre paid open skate that they will not give a refund or let you use it for another date! This is just bad business! Do not frequent this establishment! Bad business!

We've been incredibly disappointed in the learn to skate program. The younger kids get completely lost in the crowd. Way too many kids on the ice at once. Instructors are in another world- my child quite literally was forgotten on the side of the ice for 15 min with class beginning until I reminded the teacher my son was still waiting for a walker. We are not at all expecting our child to learn to skate in one week but it seems impossible that he will learn to at all with the chaos of this class. The teachers barely engage with the children and there is not enough space with how many kids are on the ice to have a successful class. We've signed him up for another skate program at a different arena with smaller classes because we are that dissatisfied.

A good ice rink but seems to cater to primarily to ice hockey and figure skating. Family/ style skating seems a secondary priority.

This place is amazing with parties and when you want to relax or hang out with your kids. Would definitely recommend coming here ,though some of the food is overpriced

Pretty okay. Cold. Very very very cold. One might say freezing. Fun, but it gets exhausting. Arches of my feet hurt due to the old skates. Fun though :)
