I admit I was stupid and allowed myself to get taken advantage of here. I was told I was approved for a ram rebel, even put down 7k as a down payment. Came back the following day to pick up the vehicle and they gave me a used 2019 Ram big horn instead. Desperate for a vehicle since my commute to work is over an hour, I took it after they explained they couldn’t give me the Ram rebel despite my down payment towards that vehicle. The used big horn was sold to me for over 42k dollars, and it’s not even a V8. The car is now worth less than 20k according to KBB so I have so much negative equity. I hate Chrysler capital, this dealership, and my own naivety.
Don't trust the salesman named Sam Abraham. He's a liar and a thief. He belongs in prison.

I went in just looking and hoping to find a good deal that I actually liked. I did! The service was wonderful! I got a great price. After much haggling, Chris went out of his way to make the deal. Debbie was wonderful and made sure to answer all my que questions. The car arrived ready to go and I appreciate the great service.

Absolute worst customer service. It should be criminal what there doing, had my 2018 Ram 3500 for 4 months for of course transmission problems and have not valued the warranty I bought from them! I would never buy a dodge again and certainly if I did I stay far from this place!!

Just purchased a jeep grand Cherokee from this dealership. Could not be happier with my experience. There was an issue with the title of my former vehicle and Chris and John both jumped through hoops for more than a week to make sure I got in the vehicle that I wanted, for the price that I wanted.
They showed that they truly value their customers, and when I’m ready for a new vehicle this will be the first place I look to.

You lack respect, a Mexican woman asks you, did you buy the vehicle here to make the appointment, then they tell you there are no available ones, the next closest is in two weeks, that is very bad and discriminatory because I bought a jeep and they say that it can have service anywhere. Jeep dealer but that's not the case here. I really do not recommend this dealer and workshop.

Do yourself a favor, “Stay away from this place” I don’t know where to start! I been a customer for over 10 years with this dealership. My family and I purchased several vehicles from them over those years. So I purchased a Jeep, Rubicon from a Virginia dealer this go around because at the time this dealer did not have fully loaded, leather seats etc. during time of Covid (very limited selection) I also purchased a 5 year warranty with this vehicle from this dealership. This past Tuesday, I dropped my Jeep off because a light came on & it just wasn’t running right. I get a call yesterday and was told my jeep was finished nothing major but they said I cannot get it until my warranty company paid them (Jeep being held hostage) so I called the warranty company and they paid them immediately and after that I get another call saying your deductible is 200 plus tax. I call my warranty company back and they said “Absolutely Not! you pay 200 & $200 only” I now call my service guy back, Dennis and let him know there is no tax on a deductible. Dennis then stated “his guys walked around and checked other thing's. I said, what does that have to do with my deductible? You take that up with my warranty company! After back & forth with Dennis trying to rip me off for taxes on a deductible he stated “you didn’t buy it here anyway and you don’t have to come back! “ I said “Well guess what Dennis you don’t have to worry about me coming back there or my family to purchase anything from this place again!!!” I called and tried to speak with the owner about this and they stated he wasn’t in so I stated have him give me a call which never happened! Poor customer service to be honest and let’s be real here your not the only game in town! Just fyi you must know everyone that comes to you did not purchase their vehicle there but if I’m not mistaken you are a Chrysler Dodge,Jeep,Ram dealer right what does it matter where it was purchased sincerely Harriet Romer

Seven years later, the dealership still sucks if I can rate zero stars, I would horrible experience long wait times every single time, I’d rather ride my bicycle if my vehicle breaks down then bring it here

Picked up my 2025 Ram Rebel and Debbie was great from the start to the finish. Debbie was very patient during the entire process and provided the best service. Highly recommend Hudson Valley CDJR and ask for Debbie!

Recently had a pleasant experience with McKiah in the service department! Brought my vehicle in with an issue another dealership could not locate. McKiah was able to get me scheduled for an appointment and provide me a loaner vehicle within a week and communicated with me the entire time my vehicle was in for service. Absolutely will return for future service and hopefully upon my lease end for sales.

This is the coldest (temperature wise) dealership that I’ve ever been to. Service is normally phenomenal however, it’s always so cold in here. I’m freezing! I forgot to bring an extra sweater. The atmosphere is not so welcoming anymore. It’s extremely bland and boring! No balloons, just mediocrity (hey we have cars here) type atmosphere.

Picked up my second Jeep from Hudson Valley CDJR and could not be more pleased with the experience. Saleswoman Debbie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure that everything went smoothly every step of the way. When they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for on the lot she coordinated with the sales manager and they were able to bring in a vehicle equipped exactly as I wanted. When it was time to get into the financial part of the transaction the finance manager was extremely friendly and made sure I understood everything I was signing. I could not hav had a more positive experience and will definitely be returning for my next vehicle.

They went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure we had a great experience. i’ve been a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz Paramus for the past 10 years. my current lease is ending in May and this time I decided its time for a change, something completely different than what I’ve been used to. My husband‘s close friend highly recommended Hudson Valley Jeep Dodge in Newburgh New York and to ask directly for salesman, Michael DiGiacomo. I began looking through inventory on their website and Immediately fell in love with a 2024 Dodge Durango and a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I live in New Jersey about 45 minutes from Newburgh and last Saturday my husband and I decided to take the ride to meet with Michael and discuss what options we had between the two vehicles.
Michael is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to review each vehicle, and made sure all my questions were answered. Given all the information I still couldn’t make a decision immediately. Michael was beyond patient with me, Responded immediately to every text and call and with all of his help, I decided To go with the 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara And I couldn’t be happier!
