Donors donate items to the ReStore and receive gratitude and tax‑deductible receipts. Shoppers purchase high‑quality merchandise often with 50 to 90% off the original retail cost and support the elimination of substandard housing in their community with every transaction. Volunteers keep the restore sustainable by donating their time and energy to the daily operations of the store. The place is a favorite window shop with always something new or old and exciting, include a Victorian bed, 1800’s commode and early 1900’s books. Prices are some antique store prices and are weirdly high, but most things are inexpensive and a good organization. It’s a wonderful place to volunteer, friendly and highly recommend.
This place was lovely! The workers were really kind and helpful. Everything was well-organized and clean. There are also some really interesting vintage knick-knacks from the donations that come in!
