I had an unfortunate circumstance, last week, when trying to exit the car wash, my car 'broke down' and wouldn't move. The manager, Adam, and another employee, Keith, were extremely helpful and persevered, using google, to figure out how to get the car into neutral and push it off to the side, until the tow truck came. I am extremely grateful to both for their help in a very stressful situation. Thank you Adam and Keith!

I tried to call and wasn't able take to someone. The vacuum suction was so strong I had to fight it.

When you live in a condo and can't do the wash yourself in the middle of the night (I get out of work at 2am) it's nice to have a place that's lit to wash and detail the cars.

Good service, great price/value, but even better customer service. We've been going to this car wash for about 4 years now and we're 100% satisfied. I do wish that the automated machines would do a better job drying, but beyond that, we'd highly recommend this car wash.

Last three times I went I paid extra for the tire shine no shine in the machine. paid extra for wax no wax came out very disappointing was my favorite car wash.!

Love this car wash and dog wash❣️Staff is amazing and so helpful. If I ever need anything they are happy to accommodate and help. Very professional. The dog wash is amazing too. What a great service they provide. Open 24 hours if needed. Clean and well equipped area to wash my dog. He loves to go there too! All I have to say is dog wash and he’s in??We were there this afternoon and the place is bustling as usual.See you soon my favorite car/dog wash❤️❤️❤️

Both doggy wash stations was nasty n cover with hair, had to clean hair out the little tub for my puppy to get a bath and there was staff on duty they wasnt doing nothing dont see y no wasnt checking the areas last time going to this foam wash in town of NewburghPoughkeepsie n Fishkill have the best doggy wash station
