3 years later, I just gave them another chance and I'll still give them a 0 if I could, but I guess 1 star because they're nice? I've always been a loyal Firestone customer every place I've ever lived, until I moved to Newburgh. All prior locations treated you like family, kept their appointments, and were always willing to assist their customers no matter what the service was.THIS LOCATION....?! Unless your car has major (high profit issues) or need a set of brand new tires, they will NOT make the time for you. If you make an appointment for an oil change online, don't even waste your gas going there, they will cancel on you. Screw in your tire and you need a quick patch? Better find another local tire shop.Here are their constant excuses:- I'm shorthanded- I'm training someone new- You have to call the store to make an oil change appointment because the online system doesn't really work (so why have it?)- I'm already overbookedI understand that businesses are made to make money, but I would want to only give my money to a truly LOCAL business that looks into their customers safety and best interests, and not viewed as dollar signs. Just my experience.

The staff went above and beyond, my car got damaged while I was on a work trip all the way from boston. When it happened your local store was the first I turned to, upon finding out my situation they found a tire and rim that could be overnighted so that I wouldnt have to stay the projected extra 4-5 days first expected to recive the parts. They then called me in the morning to set expectations of when it would be done then completed the job faster than they told me, allowing me to get my car back and drive home to my family. Outstanding overall and I'm very grateful.

Everything went exactly as planned. Expectations were set so I knew exactly what was going on. They answered every question with clarity and reassurance. I would definitely recommend this service to any family member, as I had no issue with my vehicle moving forward.

I visited the store at 2:45 pm on Thursday 1/4th to check my tire pressure, I was told that I had to leave it there if I wanted to pick it up the same day.I left my vehicle with them and took an Uber home, until 6:40 pm no one called me for the status.I called to get an update, they put me on hold then they picked up saying without even asking for my name that my car wasn’t touched!!!The guy was giving me some nonsense reasons about the industry and he didn’t like my unhappy tone and raised his voice saying let me finish..This is a shame for this location that my wife and I have been clients for almost 10 years.They dropped the ball and not even an apologize for their action.This is a bad business for the community of Newburgh.I don’t even think they even care if we come back or don’t!

Brought in my car to this firestone around 8am to have my tires replaced as well as an alignment and inspection. Was called at 930 and told I can't have an inspection done because of a control arm, when I consulted with another mechanic was told this didn't matter. After which I waited until 3pm and called the store, then was told my car had been ready for several hours and I had yet to receive a call. When I asked why I was rold "we're busy" and upon arriving in an empty shop 30 minutes later, was told I'd have to wait as my paperwork had yet to be done. After paying for my tires received no "thank you" or "have a nice day" and my keys were tossed at me on the counter and the store manager walked away. Overall terrible service and will not be coming back

Made an appointment for both cars on Sunday (alignment, tires n inspection) n Tues (alignment) even tho Sunday took the whole day but didn’t mind cuz they were busy but everything went great..sucks rich doesn’t work there anymore he is very respectful with customer service mentality

Worst customer service ever. 10 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation and no apologies. Find another service center, you’ll be much happier. I’m so unhappy with this Firestone location I’m cancelling my Firestone car care card. There are many other facilities in the Newburgh area who are better managed.Services: Wheel alignment
