I went there today Tuesday at 2:31 just to find a sign on the door saying Closed will return at 1:30, waited there and no one came to open. The lights were on inside though. Very upsetting and disappointing

Worst shipping company on the face of the planet awful customer service awful drivers. I don't even know how this company still exists. Been calling for the last 3 days for a shipment that they refuse to leave at my door. Spoke to several customer service representatives and was told I was going to get a callback.

Went there with a QR code. Was told I needed a label. Went to a different location & was told the same thing. What's the purpose of having the convenience of a QR code if I cannot use it.
