We paid $1300 and they are making us wait. Five business days to get a delivery of propane with a little baby in the house. No other company would make us wait that long. Everybody’s rude on the phone. No one gives a shit about their customers all they are is money, hungry it’s quite sad literally.

Been a customer for years and switched recently. Horrible customer service. They would not pick up gas tanks, and they told me that at any point before the end of the summer, they would pick them up. This was the beginning of May. Stay away!
