We are on automatic delivery, we got our delivery in May. They said they came in August to refill and the tank was full . common sense says something would be wrong and a phone call would have been in order. We run out here in Oct. and Now we have to miss a days work because they evidently the driver went to the wrong house to begin with. and they cannot give us a time upon arrival to let our employers know. and with the attitude we received i would not have given them one star , but i had to to post

Yesterday I discovered my oil tank in the basement was leaking. I called the service department and they sent a tech up within 25 minutes. The service tech, Chris, immediately called for help, and a crew came right away. They drained the tank, set up a temporary tank so my wife and I would have hot water through the night and the next day. The next day, they came and installed a new tank, new hardware and plumbing, and reconnected everything. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Depew and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A special thanks to Chris and the crew for their professional attitude , knowledge and courteous service. They truly went above and beyond!

Jennifer is the best in customer service! If I owned a company I would definitely have Jennifer at the helm. At my age (i.e. forgetfulness is high my list!) she ALWAYS accommodates my "Last minute" requests. Never an "OMG, not him again"! The drivers are always courteous and take care navigating around the patio when delivering propane. TD

Horrible company and customer service. They just tell lies. I recently had an issue because I was not getting hot water. The next morning I called Depew. A tech came out and said there was nothing wrong and did not charge anything. He spent the majority of his time talking to my husband about his personal life then the reason why we called . He told my husband that he had to write up an Estimate just because that is a requirement of his job and he is obligated to do so. Never once did he indicate that there was an issue with the tanks. We get an email of the estimate which would cost over $8,000. Then I just got a bill for a charge for the day of service when he did absolutely nothing. I contact Depew and they tell me it the service call fee. It gets removed by service manager approval. The original email I received mentioned nothing as to why I was getting charge $157 dollars. When I look again at the updated email it states that they will no longer be making oil deliveries unless I get new oil tanks. This company only works on not being upfront with you when they send out the tech and then tries to force you to make expensive changes try to hold that over you until you give into them by being in debt and allowing them control. Don't get sucked in by them. I will not be staying as a customer and I suggest to think twice before becoming or staying with them.
Update - received a call from Depew in regard to the concern/ problem. Working with them to rectify to problem / concern. To be continued.

Stalking Scam fraud a bunch of known liars. they lied and said they made an attempt to deliver oil in the month of may which is a hot month . It still has me puzzled because no one requested for a oil refill . First of all the oil tank was already half full. Talking about they made an attempt move some pipes and it was loose to them . so they wanted to find a reason so they can invite them self in to my house only to be nosey to prove a point that they are really not. Just only to make them selves look dumb. Depew energy lost my business and trust because y'all Are fraud .

We've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and never had a problem. But for some reason over the last year there billing system fell apart. The same day we get our bill in the mail they're calling to tell us we're a month past due. We're very prompt on paying our bills on time, and are totally disappointed in the harassment every billing period we're done with your company, and will share our experience!!!!David & Roberta Kratochwil

We’ve bern doing business with Depew for years and last year spent 5k on a new oil tank and lines etc. hasn’t worked right since. I just called and woman who answered was very rude and refused to take my appointment to fix. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CRAZY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
