Buying a vehicle post Covid is extremely difficult for us consumers. Dealing with dealership markup and manufacturing delays. My personal experience with Floyd Hanson and the whole Colandrea staff was a great experience. They had what I wanted and the whole buying process took me less than 15 minutes to close the deal. Unlike other dealership marking up everything , I was able to drive my new truck out the lot happy.

I have my truck listed on Facebook for 96,900. Been dealing with a lot of tire kickers so I get a message from a rep from Colandrea GMC stating that they were very interested in my truck and if I bring it in I would see north of 90 closer to 92 with text messages to show. Sure enough I drive 40 minutes each way pay tolls waiste gas put an additional 50 miles on my truck and get an 88k offer. It’s so sad how dealers reputation will never change. Never trust them. Ofcourse when I was buying the truck 6 months ago they wanted 8k over msrp because it’s such high demand. However now it’s not worth much….. anyway. I’m so sick of the lies. Dealers will never change. Sad!!!!! So based on your response you did commit to 90-92. What changed in 24 hrs ? Come on you pride yourself? I would venture to say half of these reviews are employee reviews. Look at the real ones and improve. No need for lies or manipulation to get people down to your location.I would love to know what the flaws were that caused you to hit me 4k harder? We’re they scratches, dents , dings , filth what exactly? You know the truck I did not misrepresent the truck in any way I would hope because I have integrity that’s why. ….what’s so classy is based on all the negative reviews you or your brother respond to the customer is always wrong or misunderstood never the representation of your dealership. God forbid we are right and the dealer messed up !!!!!! SAD. Rather then criticizing the customer and basically telling them they are wrong, improve from the feedback , make changes and become a reputable dealership.

I got into an accident on September 8th 2023 and my car was totaled. I was left with not so great credit and completely stressed. I called Colandrea and got an appointment to come in the next day. I will say they were AMAZING. I was afraid I would get hit with a large car note to pay. No they got me a 2020 with 18000 miles and a cheaper car note. Finance department was AMAZING worked to get me a great deal with the bank. Also met the owner who was very personable ,knowledgeable and pleasant. Salesperson Darrell was AWESOME ? he called to keep me updated on everything and also called me days later to make sure I was happy with my car. I will recommend them to everyone. I definitely will be to purchase another vehicle.

The salesman Chris Kas as goes above and beyond. He was very patient with me in every part of this transaction. I lost my husband last year and had no idea how to go about getting a lease in my name. He understood my time constraints and called me as soon as an Envista that fit my needs was delivered.Dave Colandrea was also very approachable in trying to work with my finances. He explained everything to my son and myself.I truly felt this dealership put the customer first and have already told people to go there when they need a car

Lindsay, Service Department, is great! She is efficient, friendly and helpful. Car was serviced timely and the bonus wash was nice. Enjoyed my time in the lounge waiting. Folks are all friendly!

To start, this is my 4th car from this dealership and it will be our last.1st - dropped off 2023 Buick Envision for an oil change August 11th. Usually they wash the car, not this time. I did not complain because I needed the car back. I always drop it off for the night.2nd - dropped off the Buick again on September 7th because we had an alert that the restraint system needed to be serviced. Technician said alert was not on when he checked the car but could see in the history that it has been on. We were advised that IF it came on again to bing it back in to be checked again.n Doesn't seem safe but at least we had the car back. Right?! Sooo Frustrating.3rd - Dropped off the Buick AGAIN on Monday, October 2nd - a software update got stuck at 19% since Friday, September 29th. Nothing works in the car during an update. I was called on Wednesday morning and told they had a call out to "someone" to see if they could figure out what was going on. Was also told this had been a problem. Why wasn't I notified of the problem with the update - I could have waited until the issue was resolved to do the update. Then I was told I could pick up my broken car and use it while they were figuring out how to fix it. I told Morgan in service absolutely not. I would not take the car until it was fixed. It's unsafe to drive when none of the alerts work. I also requested a rental car. Got a call Wednesday afternoon that I could pick up the rental at Enterprise. I was also told they needed to replace the radio and the parts would take 2-3 days to come in stock. They would have the car for through the weekend. I get to Enterprise later that afteroon and they have a Toyota Corolla. I have an SUV. If I wanted a small car I would have bought a small car. Enterprise calls over and asks if I can get a comparable car and we are told no. We leave very frustrated and annoyed. This is not our fault not the dealers fault but it is there problem. Today, Monday, October 10th I call for an update. I am now told that the parts will hopefully be in on FRIDAY. Another week that I do NOT have my car. I am paying a decent amount a month to lease a car I can not drive because it's in the shop and I can not get a comparable car to drive in the meantime.I am beyond frustrated and annoyed. I have been a repeat customer but not anymore. I will not refer anyone but instead inform them of the lack of customer service.

I walked into the dealership with an appointment to see someone else but he was busy with a customer. Brad McPhillips offered to get me started and then hand everything over to the other salesman when he was done with his customer. Needless to say, that never happened. Brad eased my mind. I was already nervous coming in there to make such a big purchase. He asked me which vehicle I was thinking about and I test drove it in the rain which great! I really wasn't liking the Acadia with no cargo room if you have the third seat up. So I asked Brad, why would I pay for a 3rd row of seats if it's always going to be down? Brad said, don't worry, I have something else to show you. Well, when he came back with the Terrain Denali...it was talking to me! I test drove it, Brad explained all the "bells and whistles that I love and I found a few that he didn't mention. I'm over the moon about my new vehicle, I really like it. I'd also like to give a shout out to Dan the finance manager. He took the time to explain everything to my about how we got to the final numbers and what my payment would be . He even let me customize my extended warranty package! Colandrea is a great dealership!
