Notwithstanding the fact that with modern technology, other banks give you electronic ability to view checks that you deposited from other people, ability citizens bank does not, (i.e. a check you did-not write) this bank no longer allows the bank tellers to offer phone support.
I used to be able to call and ask for clarification of a deposited check BUT NO LONGER. The staff at the branch are instructed to tell us to call the main line. Of which, when you call it's someone that can't communicate well because English is not their first language and they reception problems because they're not sitting in an office. Why cant I see the checks I deposit? They want us to go paperless but the system is lacking and now the local tellers can only do what now, open close accounts, process deposits and withdrawals but they can't discuss past activity? Seriously?!

I'm not sure why this bank has such a low review. My fiance and I opened up a account today and the staff was amazing. The branch manager even approached us and took a moment to introduce himself. Not only is it a clean environment but the staff was kind and answered all our questions. We worked with Karen, she was very knowledgeable and gave us the best financial advisory. Truly am happy we picked this bank and location. Overall 10/10 experience.

Absolute worst bank in the area to deal with. Save yourself some trouble and find another bank.

Absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. You will need to jump through 1,000 hoops to get in touch with someone who is willing to help you. Good luck ever closing your account.

It is listed as closed for renovations, it is not. The map brings you down the road to a Bank of America, which is also in wrong location. They are actually across the street from each other at the intersection of Meadow Hill Rd and Union Ave (NY 300).
