Don’t waste your time i would go to the chase bank in new Windsor, I highly recommend you avoid this branch they have an employee (Carlos Alzate) who is unprofessional, doesn’t know how to perform his duties or doesn’t want to. He is an aggressive individual with terrible human skills and terrible customer service skills at the branch. If you run into him in public he will spit at you and verbally attack you, go into the branch the next day create a story to close your accounts. This all was done after he was reprimanded by vice president branch manager for refusing to service customers and being belligerent to customers.

What you get in a big bank - poor service and "corporate policy". Policy is not to cash US Savings Bonds - I was told to mail them in to the Treasury Dept. So I went up the road to the Hudson Valley Credit Union and it was no problem. Which is why I will now bank as little as possible at Chase and have moved as much as possible to the credit union.

Our staff has gone to this bank to get documents notarized and we are consistently witnessing terrible customer service. Staff is rude and impatient with guests. An older woman was struggling with the ATM and instead of being helped kindly she was spoken down to in a condescending and demoralizing way. Simply put they are acting mean to customers for no good reason. Bank is always empty yet it takes a very long time to be helped. This is the only chase bank I've had a terrible experience with

OMG well i’ve never written a review before because, who cares about our opinions anyway right? lol but I have to shareI had the worst experience of my entire 15 years banking with Chase here…obnoxiously rude woman refused to notarize something (process takes literally 1 minute) for my mother and I because I SLID my ID to her… after exchanging some words due to my intolerance to her aggressive attitude towards my mother and myself, she then asked her coworker to come over and speak to me, and the coworker responded “oh you want me to get into this”??.. as if there was a schoolyard fight breaking out LOL something out of middle school!!I have had my fair share of bad days working in restaurants, none of us are perfect, but this was seriously horrendous behavior..Something i’ve learned is we don’t get paid to take our inner aggression out on the customers we serve, and negativity should earn you NOTHING

Worst bank ever!!!ATMs never work, bank stole my money and has no remorse.Called India or Malaysia to find out where my money is ???? Terrible customer serviceDon’t bank here, seriously use any other bank.
