Not to disregard the very negative comments of the other two reviewers of this store, Michael the manager was great. He gave me a quote over the phone for the replacement of my battery and when I came in later in the day he repaired it while I waited. Granted, there were a lot of distractions, but he was very professional and an all-around good guy. So the takeaway with any of these local cable stores is ask questions, make sure you get accurate information and engage with the people you're working with based on the way they treat you.

If it is possible to give a minus star I would give the company Boost Mobile that rating. Someone within the company allowed a third party to purchase an expensive phone $595. using my number and PIN. I've Called every month since July to get this corrected. It's STILL going on and it's December!!! Calling the company only gets "I'm sorry to hear that." They either refuse to investigate or correct it. Yet every month I'm billed for $33, for their mistake. I've gone to the police department; they said I need a letter from Boost. That won't happen!!! Unfortunately, all my info, contacts, Passwords are in the phone. Otherwise I'd cancel in a heartbeat!! They are INCOMPETENT and have unethical employees, to say the least. I managed to correct the abhorrent situation. Verizon transferred ALL my data, photos, everything for Less money a month without ANY aggravation. Avoid Boost Mobile, like the plague!

I went in to replace my screen with Mike, the manager. My mistake was to leave the phone in the first place. I've had screens replaced in 10 minutes or less in Manhattan, and I'm happy to pay the $100. I went to get something to eat, came back and got "Oh, s*** man, I'm starting it now!" This happened three or four times. Coffee. Lunch. Another coffee. Walking around the hood. THREE hours later he gives me the phone. I get lost, and get in my car. Later that night the phone is lagging, can't text, and Mike blames the screen. Okay, s*** happens. I bring the phone in at 11. THREE HOURS LATER I get it back with the same b******* stories, and guess what? The screen is "no good" according to Mike. He offers to replace it or give me my money back. I opted for the money back. He gave me $30. Out of the $100 I spent. What a clown. Stay far away.
