Linda is an exceptional yoga teacher with much experience and training. I appreciate how she leads us into yoga poses and yoga inspired exercises step by step. Linda modifies each class for individuals and gives specific feedback. She stresses that each of us moves differently. Linda includes specific instruction for those with osteoporosis, back issues, and shoulder problems . This class is a highlight of my week!

I find the class relaxing. It feels good to stretch. Linda give clear instructions and encouragement which is especially helpful to beginners. Class is good for all levels.

I absolutely love my yoga class! I've been taking these classes now for several years and I do feel the difference. I love that Linda really gets to know your body and that she takes the time to correct you. This is definitely the best decision I've made for taking better care of myself.

Linda modifies the class for individuals by asking the class for feedback on how we feel that day and incorporating specific exercises to match those needs. She stresses that each of us moves differently and offers modifications to choose from. This yoga class is a highlight of my week!

Linda Freeman is a warm and friendly person who strives to make her classes fun and interesting. Each class is different, as she will focus on certain poses, depending on how the individuals in the class are feeling that day. She is a pro and you leave her sessions feeling relaxed but also invigorated.

I had tried yoga classes in the past but I found them intimidating. Linda's Bliss Body Yoga classes are different. She specializes in therapeutic yoga and I immediately felt relaxed and enjoyed the class. I have issues with my back so I know the time I spend in class has really benefited me by making me stronger and more flexible. I talked my husband into trying Linda's class so now he joins me in Sunday morning class.

I look forward to this class all week. I walk out feeling relaxed,renewed and refreshed. It is like a full body massage without being uncomfortable taking off clothes and having someone touch you...haha. I work as a delivery driver at UPS. With all the lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, driving and everything else I do all day, my shoulders, neck, back,hips, knees, and ankles get tired, sore and achy. Wow. Linda I have to thank you so much for taking my pain away with the movements in your last class. To think I was not even going to go but I did and the pain was gone as soon as class was over and has not come back.
