Customer Service "stinks" worst on planet earth.I waited an hour for a simple return on line.This is not my first time completely a return the wait was just as long. I think they discourage their customers indirectly not to visit customer service.

Tried calling the help desk to get assistance in setting up a digital app for use in getting a free turkey. It was useless - I was hung up on 4 times and never got a rep to help me. You need better customer service

So many issues with this location. I noticed many items out of stock on multiple occasions (meat always in stockroom, not out) then the came more issues. Unable to buy items that say in stock or problems with pickup, missing items from my order. I answered the surveys but they do nothing about it. My latest order I noticed a bag of paper plates looked small and opened so I counted them- this was the 2nd time so I counted this time! Sure enough over 60 plates missing from package of 154! Plate stealing- really?! Then I noticed the meat was about to expire in 3 days. You can easily buy meat and dairy in the store with over a week to go before expiration date. Then I noticed meat packaging all sticky and container of half and half was puffy- why? Same thing happened last trip with Panera soup, one container was bad. Are they also not putting it in the fridge? Employees basically apologize for the screwed up store every time they deliver to the car before I've said a word which is concerning. I don't live nearby to return all of the items so I contacted online chat, took 3x but finally they said they'll put in for a refund so we'll see. FYI don't ever store your cc on the site or select auto renew. I had to get manual refunds several times because they upgraded my membership w/o my permission and charged me. If you order and pick up make sure you count items, check dates and check your receipt!

9/23/23I recently had the pleasure of visiting BJ's Tire Center and I must say, the service provided exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident.Overall, my experience at BJ's Tire Center was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided. Would be nice if they just changed their name to "We Only Sell Wellsley Farms" since they are slowly swapping out all brand names for that.If the welsley farms products were any good I wouldn't mind but they're not, you need 2 of the paper plates to compare to one Dixie plate, they seem to have dropped Glad garbage bags for their own and put out a coupon for Glad only to put up a sign saying "Use the glad coupon and save more on these", last I checked that's a classic bait and switch.

I purchased 2 TV's on Black Friday, 11/26, only 1 TV was delivered. When that TV was delivered, I knew it was going to be a problem because I have been on the phone for weeks trying to see where that TV is. I told them I bought those TV's and needed them before Christmas. It was later told to me the TV went missing while moving through transit. They never tried to get me another TV before christmas. I even said I will go into the store and pick it up. All they told me was no, they can't do that. Never giving me any solutions for their mistake!!! Everytime I had to call BJ's to figure out what was going on. I had to run out and buy another TV, just so I would have one for Christmas day for all my guests. Now I'm trying to get a refund for that TV and, I'm not even getting that!!! They keep saying they have to send an email, but noone is responding to the reps emails in escalation!!! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK FOR THE TV THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED, THAT SOMEONE EITHER IN BJ'S STOLE OR THE DELIVERY COMPANY YOU HAVE CONTRACTED WITH STOLE!!!! I even sent an email to the CEO about this and he didn't even respond!

I ordered 4 tires on promo 2 weeks ago. I called in for my appointment today and confirmed they didn't get my tires and now I have to get a refund and reschedule my appointment and shop again for 4 different tires that were more expensive than the ones I ordered initially.Update. I was able to get my tire repair although it took an extra effort on my part. in the end I was given a good deal and priority service following my initial experience.

They tried to pull a major scam BY automatically renewing my annual membership at some "premium" level which I never asked for at DOUBLE THE NORMAL FEE.They took $118.94 automatically from my credit card although i never received any billing nor any other form of communication... No mail, no email, no text and they had the nerve to let it show on my credit card as renewal/shopping!!!WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD CAREFULLY!!

Fantastic Service, Great prices. I got Michelin Pilot Sport All Seasons installed in my Mustang and I couldn't be happier. Roy G. Was excellent in explaining my free RoadHazard and pro-rated Warrantees. Plus size get free tire balancing and rotations! Install was quick and easy and everything was great! I'll be sending anyone I know there for tires. Thanks Roy G!

Thank you for being responsive to fixing some of the accessibility issues as I met up with them yesterday. Most of the accessibility issues have been fixed, I ended up noting that the "too small aisles up near the registers/books with the tight turns with books have been corrected (as some of the unnecessary boxes of stuff were moved and the aisles widened), and the issue with the ropes up near the handicapped cart return was just a misunderstanding of the rope that was easily missed (the rope easily pulls apart and re-attaches allowing people to not have to step under the rope) when I went to return the cart my mom was using yesterday since I didn't have the same issue I encountered in my legs that I had when I came in the last time.On top of that, the advertiser I mentioned wasn't at this store anymore. Seems to be rectified there too. Seemless transition up to the register, but then again, these were two different types of days (the last review was based on a weekend day, and this review was based on a weekday evening)Just wish that this place would allow customers who don't have a membership to shop without paying high prices and still being able to shop. My brother has the membership for a certain time period, and he seems to find the best location here, though I beg to differ, having Wappingers closer to us, being from northwestern Dutchess Co.
