I've call for service 5x on shower doorsNot received a service from themDisappointedAfter playing phone tag.I've left this review and within 15 minutes Erin the manager called was extremely rude.We went back and forth and then she stated my bathfitter warranty was not in service anymore. I've recorded our conversation while we were talking and I'm saving it.I will post it for anyone interested in how this was handled

The biggest mistake I made in my life is to waste $5500. Water just keeps going between the liner and the tub. There is a two side tape under the liner to keep it in place it then creates and edge on the liner which cause it to CRACK. I keep calling asking about a replacement they are sending technician to silicone the Crack. The last person came he took pictures saying I'll hear back in 1week when the liner would be replaced weeks went by no one called. I called back because the silicone is now gone the Crack open bigger than what it was. Finding out about my replacement. I was told they have no records stating a replacement order. Now requesting yet again for pictures and the cleaning products I'm using. PLEASE DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARN DOLLARS FOR AN INFERIOR PRODUCT WITH A SERVICE THAT DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY. IM GIVING THEM FEW MORE DAYS AS THEY SCHEDULED ANOTHER SERVICE VISIT.THIS IS WORST THAN CABLE SERVICE

Logan came out to replace the drain on our 8 year old Bath Fitter tub enclosure. He was entirely professional and capable and fixed our issue with expert results. Nice to know that this company stands behind its products. Thanks Logan!! And did I mention there was no charge?

On Saturday May 27th after using the shower for the first time that night it looked so clean and bright. Little did I know, on Sunday the morning of the 28th I had a major flood downstairs my stovetop was underwater and my pantry was flooded. I called my plumber and left a message for them to come Tuesday after the holiday. He showed up at 10am and found the packing nuts on the hot and cold were so loose they were almost disengaged causing the water to run out the back of the stems and down the drywall flooding my kitchen. The plumber was able to fix the problem and noted that the holes that were cut out for the 3 handles were off and he had to recut them just to get his tools in side. This plumbing cost me an extra $356.73 due to poor workman ship from the installer.

Wow, what awful customer service, and actual service! I have never went on yelp to give a review but I downloaded the app just to find them so that hopefully this could save someone thousands of dollars! Not only were they unprofessional and lied to us about financing, they also installed two different colors in our bathtub and have refused to call us back to fix it! I have put about 10 calls to them and not one person has called me back. For a $10,000 job , I cannot believe the lack of professional I have seen. We were told we could fiancé and then our credit card was charged 10,000 dollars when we had talked about a payment plan. We asked for all black matte fixtures and they gave us black and Copper. Unfortunately I was not home when they installed our bathtub or I would have said something immediately. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company!!!!

When Bath Fitter of Newburgh installed my new shower back in August/ September of 2022, they damaged the floor and walls of my bathroom and refused to repair the damage. They blame it on the fact that it's an older house (1970s), and specify in their contract (which my husband signed - I didn't) that they are not responsible. I maintain that it's a bad provision to put in a contract, and that if they want to maintain good faith with customers they should repair it. They also lied to me, telling me that someone was here the day after installation to inspect the job. NO ONE was here the day after to inspect the job. While I am happy with my new shower, I still believe that Bath Fitter of Newburgh should repair the damages.

We went from tub to shower .Jay Barnett was very professional and done such a wonderful job that we would give him 5 star rating. Very polite n worked until the job was done without any breaks.We would highly recommend Bath fitters to anyone who is thinking about redoing their bathroom .

My liner was installed improperly from the beginning and has been leaking into my garage since Christmas. The customer service is horrendous, nobody can give me a straight answer as to when they will address this damage. The bathroom is completely useless because the leak goes all the way down to my garage. I guess since we are not a new install and they aren't making any money they do not care that there work was a disaster. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service. I should've read the bad reviews on Google before I decided to go with this company.

Bath Fitters did a great job removing a tub and shower and installing a new walk in shower for my parents. The service we received from the installer, Whalen, was excellent and he went over and beyond with an suburb attention to detail not to mention he was professional, polite, listened and answered questions. He mopped up some water he saw that was not his doing. I would highly recommend bath fitters and hope they recognize the great colleague they have in Whalen who is representing them and their service. Thanks!

one day install in very difficult pandemic shutdown. installed in one day fixed several problems.good job . reasonable price friendly service.
