So many Potholes this season especially in our area. I have a Tesla model X 22 Inch Rims. My front rim was bent all over the place. Nick and his team took me in at 8 o'clock at night and I was out in less then an hour. Car drives like a baby now

“My family and I were driving home to Montreal Canada when our car broke down 350 miles from home. We had it towed to the Midas in Newburgh where we were greeted by Ed & Jay. Realizing that we were vulnerable and in desperate need for help, Jay and Ed took great care of us. They explained to us that they believe the problem to be related to a connecting rod in the engine. This meant that we would likely need a new engine but since this is a known problem with Hyundai Santa Fe’s, Jay made numerous phone calls to Hyundai corporate USA/ CANADA and dealerships to try to help us.
We decided to leave the car with them and returned home to Canada in a rental car. Once home, Hyundai revealed to us that the car needed to be diagnosed at a Hyundai dealership… when i spoke with Jay i explained the situation to him. He was very understanding and refused to accept any payment from me.
Jay and Ed are good people. They could have easily taken advantage of us in a vulnerable situation but instead they guided us in in the right direction.”

“Finding someone that's willing to work on a 36ft motorhome in this area is impossible. The shop is family owned going back to WW2. Appointments are hard to come by. My appointment was changed twice but Tom not only got my work done the third time but he actually worked on it himself. They went above and beyond to keep their promise and worked on my class a late in the evening to finish it. “Mike, Jacob and the techs are great! I took my 2019 sonata, with 130k on the odometer in for a routine oil change, but I mentioned to Mike that the transmission was starting to feel a little clunky and inquired about maybe getting the fluid changed. He explained everything to me in detail and gave me all the options and opinions he has from his years of automotive experience. Even going as far as to say that it may not be a good idea to change the fluid, that if it’s already reached a certain point it could actually do more damage to change it. He said, let’s take a look at it. This is someone that cares more about doing the job right than just selling the customer whatever they can. They do great work for a good price. We ended up doing the transmission fluid change and now the car drives like it’s new. I will never bring my car to be worked on anywhere else, unless the guys at Greatway recommend it. Superb mechanic! Definitely service your vehicle at Greatway, especially if you are looking for tires.”
