“Two very nice, professional installers came to my house to remove our old dishwasher and put in a new one. It was quick and seamless. My only comment about dishwashers in general is that they appear to be very light compared to the one that was 15 years old. Only time will tell if it holds up as long. I have been told to expect 10-12 years out of the new appliances.”

But I went in for a pickup order and had to wait a while but it was all good. Got what I needed and was on my way. Staff inside is always friendly and helpful.”
“Picked up my air conditioner I ordered online at Fishkill NY store. I was waited on quickly. Employee Ismail Awadallah helped me and assisted me to my car. He refused to take the tip I was insisting on, he told me a happy customer is enough for him. Very impressed by this employee, HD Fishkill is lucky to have such an honest loyal employee.”
“Recently, I had a $5k project, and Karen @ the customer service desk helped me through it. Then I had a delivery issue, where the warehouse didn't deliver $1100 worth of materials even though they said they did. Karen again stepped up and helped me. She got me in touch with a manager, Crissy. Crissy ended up getting my money return after reviewing the video footage I had. This manager is awesome!
As for Karen, she deserves a raise/promotion. (I know there are other employees at this store who do a great job, but I can only talk about my interaction.)
