I love coming here for the yoga nidra and breathwork classes. The studio is lovely and super comfy. The ambiance is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Their little shop is so cute as well. It's definitely one of my favorite places to go to in the Hudson Valley. :)

I had a class today at 5:30. I work in the city of Newburgh, and was getting off at 5:00. Traffic was crazy, and ended up arriving at 5:31. The doors were locked, and no one was around to open them. I tried calling, and knocking for 10 minutes. Would never go there again.

I’m new to the area and am enjoying my time in these classes. The studio is very clean and inviting the. Instructors are friendly and helpful and the class mates attending are nothing but kind and clean.The Thursday 7pm class will kick your butt!It’s nice to have such a clean hot yoga studio near!

DO NOT buy a gift certificate from here. If you do advise the recipient to use within a year time span. Even though there’s no expiration date. I received a gift certificate for Christmas of $100 & because of COVID & personal reasons of not going while COVID was still a thing & not wanting to do virtual classes. I was told it can’t be honored because it is now 2024. I would’ve been a continuing customer had I not been responded to sarcastically saying it’s been 3+ years already. Again no expiration date but they won’t honor it. ??♀️

Traveling around OC looking for new hot yoga studios and was led to Alma & so glad too. It's a unique studio, quaint retail area bound to make you lol with moderately challenging classes under passionate leadership. Takes me an hour to get to class and it's been worth it every time.

I have been going to Alma Yoga since 2014 and they never disappoint for a great stretch and workout. Alyssa is AWESOME as well as all the other instructors.

It was great! Did a Hot Yoga session. I'm a dude, everyone else in the class was female, which is cool, it's definitely geared toward the ladies. Which is cool just an honesty review. We had some cool pop music playing, but I prefer the meditative music. Great stuff overall!

I only had the pleasure of going here for a few months before moving, but I can't say enough good things about the studio, my fellow students, and of course the amazing teachers. There are classes for everyone and its very welcoming. My only regret is that I didn't start coming here a long time ago!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. I started doing yoga back in June for the first time in my life and I’m so thankful to have come across this place. The instructors are awesome and genuinely care … they will help you with alignment but will also remind you to honor your body❤️ If you’re looking for a place to practice, this is it!

I just completed my first class at Alma. I was passing through the area and needed a good workout and stretch. Susan did not disappoint. The class was challenging yet fun and the everyone was very friendly. I would definitely come again.

I tried my first hot yoga class here today and cannot recommend this studio enough. They have warm and welcoming energy. The class provided a nice challenge too that I was looking for. Highly recommend

Love this studio, really excellent classes, warm friendly welcoming atmosphere. I just wish it was closer to where I live. But in a way that makes it extra special for me when I can make a class. Absolutely the best hot studio in the county hands down. Kudos to the owner she sets the tone.
