All family was a taxi I have used in tbe past. They tried to charge me $30 for a ride 1.5 miles. I protested and paid $15.Do not hire without asking for price at time of booking. Driver had no idea where we were going. All in...I will use uber in the future.

Service is terrible. Never have an available driver or vehicle when needed. Customer service is terrible!

Called for taxi and was told one was on the way.Dispatcher hung up before he even knew where to pick me up. Had to call back to clear things up. Said ten minute wait time. I called back after twenty minutes and was told taxi on the way. Called back after forty minutes, and was told the same story. I realized that this was a mistake, and had to cancel my Doctor appointment and reschedule because of the late taxi. Actually, after 1 1/2 hour no taxi. It is now over two hours and no taxi. Don't ever call this company. They are TERRIBLE!

Dont even waste your time calling this unprofessional taxi company. They will waste your time. The rude dispatcher lady called me back to argue because they did not offer a taxi service in the dutchess area.

Driver does not speak English hard to communicate with driver. The only good thing is there available 24hrs a day.

My first driver was great, called to check in, early to pick me up and navigated the craziness at Storm King very well.However, my second driver was 35 minutes late, no apology or explanation. Dispatchers just kept saying he was '10 minutes away'.Cars were both filthy and pretty much held together with duct tape.I'll get a Lyft next time.

Great drivers with a heavy payload. They'll be there whenever and wherever you need them. Just give them their time. Relaxing rides with cool dudes and chicks.
