Worst customer service I enter the store and my son want slushy I give him and the employee jump in to us and start shouting at us and yelling she said you need to clean your mess before you come to pay I told her we will we are not done kids drop few drops of drink she call another lady she was more horrible then her they both start laughing and me at my kids they bully us really bad unfortunately we need to leave the store without drinks because of bad behavior I will never recommend anyone mother with kids go there and have that experience with your kids

WARNING: Don’t shop here, the owner is a thief. The advertised price for banquet fried chicken $7.99 rang up $12.29. I’m reporting this business to the attorney general, governor, mayor, and city hall! Is this how these businesses stay in business? The owner should be in jail!

I want to start by saying if i could make this review 0 stars i would. my father and I are very loyal customers and about 2 weeks ago the assistant manager sherry was ringing up my father and she didn't know I was in line behind him. She yelled at my dad after she rang him up saying "GET OUT YOU ARE DONE" MY father doesn't speak English so he didn't move and she yelled again saying get out. I was going to say something but I decided to leave a review instead. The lady is racist and extremely nasty I don't know how she is an assistant manager. And by the way she acts there is no way I'm the first person complaining.

Them women that work there at night are as ghetto as ghetto can be…always with attitudes. Idk who hires these people. I Always try to avoid this place as much as I can.

It's 8 o'clock in the morning on a Thursday in Newburgh NY when I dove to 17k for gas from 7-eleven. #Because711TheBestThere's nothing but women in front taking care of the customers. Also everybody has an attitude beside the woman whom was making the food! The store manager which is super rude by the way is standing in front of the store smoking while im directed to wait to be rung up for gas as she puts her cigarette out. Asked her about the rewards system and she the store manager and has no idea about it AT ALL! What she claim to know is it wasn't been working in a while. Which is not true ive been coming to this location before she worked here for three years at least. Every man who walked in the store was taking care of very politely customer service was up to par. My transaction was declined due to my card being locked not insufficient funds, I was treated like I was begging for gas instead of paying! Whom ever is the district manager is you should check this location out and see how the customers are being delt with! THIS IS A GETTO LOCATION!!!!!!!
