I had the best experience with Matt at the Verizon store in Newark, NY. I had to add a line to my plan that came from an existing plan in the western US. Using his magic, he managed to switch plans/lines while conversing with my family out west. Wow! At the same time, he switched all my data to a new phone for me! He also gave me, an old lady, a few tech lessons for the phone. THANK YOU, MATT...you are the best!

Johnathan McElligott was by far the most helpful kind and respectful gentleman we've encountered at any Verizon stores. Explaining everything we asked about very clearly and has a lot of patience because my wife and I are both can't hear good. We had the pleasure of running into him at the Auburn New York and Newark New York stores and we'll probably go to Jonathan's locations for all our issues.
Thank you Jonathan always a pleasure dealing with you.

It took a long time I had two phones and a watch to be traded up for new equipment. It seemed as though the Wi-Fi at the Newark, New York Verizon store was not very fast.
After 2 1/2 hours our representative named Matt was still in good spirits and got us through the swaps. He’s very good at what he does and it just appeared to be frustrating because of the slowness of their Wi-Fi. I’m happy with his dedication and his diligence, he helped me three years ago as well. He’s a good employee. I hope Verizon appreciates him.

I went in the other day hoping to upgrade from my iPhone SE to a new iPhone 15. I was prepared to spend quite a bit of money but I walked out with my new iPhone 15, a case, charger, and he installed my screen protector for exactly $225. He was very forward about how my first bill would be more expensive and listed what charges were included in my first months bill, I very much appreciated his straightforwardness and would highly recommend anyone to the Newark Verizon. 10/10
