Recently I had my 2004 Toyota Tacoma serviced at this location. I ended up needing a transmission replacement and a few issues squared away from a prior shop. It was a long process but the end product was amazing. My truck is finally at the quality that I hoped for from day one when I purchased. The shop was honest and got the job done effectively. I definitely recommend using this shop for your repairs or services. Thank you very much for all your efforts.

Really nice to deal with awesome communication and know what they are doing definitely going to spend a lot of money here I feel way better knowing someone who knows what they are doing is working there and I know every single detail of what they are fixing and the price absolutely great business

Tow truck was dispatched by insurance company at 8:51am. Was told they would arrive by 9:51am. At 10:06am insurance company called tow company again. They were told they would arrive within 30 minutes. 11:21am insurance company called again they were told 1 1/2 hours. Dispatch was then canceled and assigned to a different company. EXTREMELY disappointed with the severe unreliability of Union Street Automotive

I'm so glad a friend recommended this shop.They explain what's going on and my truck ('05 Frontier) hasn't been this nice to drive since I bought it 6 years ago. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I live up here.

We love it there. Always go there for our service needs and gas. Attendants are nice and the service manager, Travis, is the best person. We trust him. And that says something about a car repair guy. Even his mom and dad who own it are pretty cool ?

Took my truck in for a state inspection. Unfortunately, it didn't pass because of loose tie rods. The service department showed me everything that was needed, and an upfront cost as well. Very knowledgeable, helpful & quality service oriented group!

If your vehicle gets towed here I feel sorry for you. In order to get anything out of the vehicle they give you two options, either pay the bill or sign over your vehicle just to get your things out of your car. Not to mention they went through my car without permission and took my stuff out and held it inside.
