This is the second vehicle I bought from Tradition. Dan has been phenomenal both times made this process super simple and right to the point. I live one and a half hours away and continue to buy vehicles from Dan due to outstanding service the dealership has provided.

Had nothing but problems sense getting my car through this dealer ship, was told I'd have my title a week after signing for my car a month later still didn't receive anything when I finally was able to speak to someone they said I had to resign my contract because it never got sent out causing my credit to be hit 3 different times by the same loan company, 3 months into having my car I still was not given a title or registration when I was finally able to speak to someone it was the general manager and he was able to finally find out what was going on, I began having shift to park error messages to which I called and is covered under warranty but the part was not available, I have been dealing with this issue for a month and still haven't heard anything from them, I now have to slam my car into park turn it off and see if it actually turns off if it doesn't and I get the error message I have to restart the car and then try slamming it into park again causing me to have to sit in my car turning it off and on multiple times, and now my trunk stopped latching, I've only had my vehicle for 4 months now and it has been nothing but a bad experience, I went through then because of high recommendations but it just hasn't been worth it

After a horrible experience at my local Buick dealership, I decided to take the short drive to Traditions this time when I needed service. It was a night and day experience from my last experience at the other dealership service department. First off they actually answer the phone when you call. On my first call I talked to Bill in service and he had my service setup, an estimate on the repair and a loaner vehicle setup. I dropped off my vehicle the following week at 8am when the opened, by 10ish I had already heard from Bill with an update and by lunch time I was back there picking up my completed vehicle. The other dealership never answered the phone, never returned my calls and took 3 days just to replace rear pad/rotors. Every time I've called Traditions I have spoked to somebody, they call you back and keep you updated on the repairs and they get them done in a timely manner. I had front pad/rotors done, oil change, inspection and my faulty shifter assembly replaced on by Buick, all done in 1/2 a day. I will be making the drive out to Traditions for any future dealership appointments. Thanks!
