Summarily, I would certainly recommend Metro in Newark, NY. A couple of months ago, I needed an alternative option for my internet, specifically 5G. Metro had the best coverage in my area. I work remotely, so reliability and speed are and were critical. I called and Santasia assisted me immediately, professionally, and offered options that fit my requirements. I drove down, and she helped me switch over my phone, and get the home 5G internet hub. To date, it has functioned more reliably and faster than any other alternatives. I couldn't be more pleased. I shopped too--checking out other vendor's options and coverage before going to Metro. I was and am pleasantly surprised. Additionally, I was pleased with Santasia's depth of knowledge, professionalism, and follow through. Like so many of you out there, I'm sure you've collectively, by now, had experience with multiple vendors; and to me, to be frank, it's always seemed to be a bit of a hassle. This experience, for me, has been the exception: I got what I wanted, it's worked reliably, and it was handled expeditiously.

This is a waste of my time Ive been here since 9:45 walked to the door at 9:59 thinking that the store would be open and it is now 10:25 and Im still waiting here to get one I need done at the store and it's still not open this is ridiculous and not right someone just showed up really late!

Drive out here to pay my phone bill and there's not even anyone in the store. Lights on, store hours clearly displayed, not even noon yet to consider a lunch break, doors locked. What sorta BS is this?

Had amazing service from the salesman there. He didn’t talk to us like a usual salesman trying to get our money, he was honest about each phone and any deals that were going on. He helped make decisions and choices that would be best for us and what we wanted.
