Have called several times to make an appointment, was on hold for 30 minutes first time, 2nd time was told an agent would take my call in 5 minutes after the 5 minutes was told 10 minutes after the 10 minutes was up was then told 20 minutes. I pay for money every year to be put on hold each time. Gave up and drive to the office.

Was asked to meet a lady there to drop if my tax forms at 8 am. I got there at 7:40am and waited till 8:30 for someone to show which they never did. DO NOT GO HERE SND WASTE YOUR TIME!

The Ladies at H&R Block branch in Newark, Ny, are amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Each of them were very nice. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this location.

Because you charge too much for senior citizens. I was told online that I would get 10% discount, did not get one. Online said $89.00 fees. Was charged $190.00. That is too much money when only getting $200.00 back in returns. Felt I was ripped off.
