Tow truck was dispatched by insurance company at 8:51am. Was told they would arrive by 9:51am. At 10:06am insurance company called tow company again. They were told they would arrive within 30 minutes. 11:21am insurance company called again they were told 1 1/2 hours. Dispatch was then canceled and assigned to a different company. EXTREMELY disappointed with the severe unreliability of Union Street Automotive

The man asked me for my pin number on my debit card. I've never been asked that at a full service gas station. I told him to run it as credit. He then proceeded to give me $5 more than what I asked for. I didn't figure that out til I was already home. Luckily I have funds to cover.

I have been waiting many months for the pumps to be updated in order to pay with my debit card (as I don't carry cash or have easy access to an ATM without astronomical fees) and as soon as I was aware they had been switched I tried visiting two days in a row only to find the lights off and no one working, the first night at 6:30 pm and the next about 5:30 pm. There are also no hours posted online or on the door to even find out their operating hours. It is incredibly hard to patronize an establishment if they can't even make people aware of the times they are open or have staff during the early evening.

Dude with Afro sticks head in your car with no mask during pandemic. Need to be more conscious of customers. Haven’t gone there in a year.
