Terrible and rude customer service, and really slow- it’s almost fantastic. I’m sorry - but it seems like something just sucked the life energy out of everyone who works here.If you know what you’re getting and can get out- go for it. But if you ask about anything, it looks like you just killed a puppy in front of them.

Do not shop at Zara's this holiday season, that's what I'm recommending to all my friends and family. They do not take returns unless you have a receipt present and then if you don't have a receipt they ask you to call a customer service hotline to try to figure things out. That's what I was recommended today. It's a Sunday of course the customer service hotline is unavailable on Sundays so save yourself some grief, this holiday season and do not shop at Zara's.

Came her once and one of the sales associates left the sensor on my clothing it was very embarrassing. Brought it the manager on shift and he disregarded my complaint as if it was nothing. If you’re a poc they racial profile us so please be mindful. Other then that the clothes per usual are dope and the location is a fav of mine.

Asked for a size, sales associate told me to walk around while I wait for them to bring my size from backroom. In about 15-20 minutes I get tired of waiting and when I go up to her to ask how much longer it’s going to take, that’s when she calls them and let’s them know. She made me wait for nothing and wasted my time, horrible customer service.

The staff members here move at snail’s pace and have no concept of customer service. The returns desk had only one person working and in order to process a return she scanned each item individually, put each of them on a hanger and hung them on a rack. One by one. Could have scanned them all at once but no. Zero efficiency meant it took 10+ minutes to process one person in a line of 5+. Oh I forgot re attaching a metal detector pin onto every item returned. BEFORE processing the refund. And don’t forget the creepy security literally leaning against the door while people are trying to get in and out.

I want to express my gratitude to Linda who assisted me today and found the item of my size that I was looking for desperately. It was the third Zara I visited (and according to the system, my size was available at each one)! However, only Linda could manage this issue and did it in a very timely and professional manner. Thank you so much!

The lines are outrageous here. Every other zara in the city is nicely spaced and has a good amount of cashiers. Here you can wait an hour to do a return..

The level of customer service is atrocious. Went to get a dress.. not my size? Cool…. Is it in any other Manhattan location? Cue horrible internet service. Check upstairs with the cashier… return line. Starts with one cashier and manager. Great line should go quickly. Manager leaves..other customer service reps putting clothes back, left with just one. He did his job, however, 45 minutes later and I still can’t check availability. Order it online. ORDER ONLINE?! Wasted time.

I hope they see this review because I’m someone who only writes review if either I had an amazing experiencing or did not. I went to this store today and had a great experiencing ! Employee at the register Estera was so helpful, very empathetic. She went above and beyond for me. Coming back to shop here! Thank you again!

Slowest Zara location I’ve encountered for returns. Only the 2nd floor will process returns and exchanges. Volume of customers doesn’t seem any higher than that of other stores, so I’m not too sure why there’s an especially long wait.On the plus side, merchandise appears well organized!

For fashion that makes a statement-I love Zara. Good customer service. Prices are fair and sales are amazing! Try getting there during the week when it's not so crowded.

I feel bad........... one time I tried on a pair of linen trousers in the 2x1ft dressing room and my tummy was hurting from the 6 cups of auntie anne's cinnamon pretzel nuggets i had enjoyed that morning. I farted and it was so loud..i think i heard a woman start to cry. but that wasn't the worst of it...what i was hoping to be a loud fart at worst turned out to be a surprise shart. Better luck next time Greg; better luck next time ZaraAddicted to their asymmetrical styles. Can't go wrong with a satin effect piece either I alsolove their basics - Greg

Returns are slow.. you HAVE to go to the second floor for returns (the first floor won’t do it) and the line was pretty long but there was only one person processing these returns. Just be aware of that when you’re visiting for returns!

It has a good selection, but they have a long line for exchanges and refunds and I arrive at 10 am when the store just opens
