This is a typical NYC 99 cent store. The prices are obviously reasonable. It's very organized and you can play NY lotto here. The workers/employees/operators are friendly and welcoming. My only negative is the helium used to inflate the balloons. I typically purchase balloons from party City. However the pandemic encouraged me to support businesses in my community. I bought 22 balloons to be blown up. We picked them up earlier than planned. Who knew this would be an issue. Two hours after bringing the balloons home, 7 of them were on the floor. When I called the store I was told "everyone knows the helium only lasts a few hours" . Wait. What?! Who is everyone? Did I not see this posted in the store? Did you neglect to tell me this when I handed over my money? When I explained to the person on the other end that I didn't know that their helium was "bootleg", she responded with "now you know". Lmho. You can't make this stuff up. Well she definitely is right--now I do know. And so does everyone else. This was a $25 lesson. Instead of her simply saying I'm sorry-she hits me with the "now ya know". Me and my family will just take this knowledge over to Party City. Thanks for the lesson.

A nice small 99 cents plus store. It has mostly stationary, electronics hardware and wires, cleaning supplies, candles, arts and crafts supplies, lottery tickets, and other small nick nacks. They also sell, inflate, and tie party balloons if you need any. Always worth a look in case you need something quick and cheap. Be aware that they're cash only and don't accept credit cards.
