3 days taken off from work, 2 reschedules from XPO and then they arrived 1.5 hours earlier than appointment window of 3-6 with NO phone call informing me. I immediately contacted them when I recieved the "sorry we missed you" text as I was 1 minute from my house. Celina the csr couldn't even find the order and just kept telling me they had to end chat to keep lines open. Finally got a hold of a manager, she couldn't get a hold of anyone at the Buffalo dispatch location. Drivers basically got paid to drive from Buffalo to Rochester to do nothing, by not following their own protocol of calling the customer before the delivery . At this point I will cancel the $600 order with Amazon and they can deal with this company. Honestly, the worst overall and customer service experience I've had in my 47 years on this planet.

worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. they have attempted to deliver my item outside of the shipping window twice when no one is home. then they act like it's my fault that they don't know how to tell time. run far from this company!

Lowe's uses this company. I ordered a washing machine but they never came. I called them and they never picked up. I called Lowe's and Lowe's said they put in a message and I would receive a call within 4 hours. Obviously no phone call, no washing machine....

Lying and uncaring. They missed their delivery window, and said it would be the next day. There was not an ounce of concern for my wasted day (not 2 days) waiting for them. They chose to ACT LIKE IT WAS NEVER SCHEDULED, a shocking denial to avoid consequences.

I bought a tablesaw on Christmas Day. the company shipped it on December 29, 2022. The estimated delivery day was January 15. When XPO picked it up it was sent to a warehouse in Phoenix. I called the saws company on the 15th to inquire if my saw was going to be delivered and XPO told him it was out for delivery and changed the website to show it. It's a 630lbs saw so I had called people to help me with it. The saw never showed up so not only did XPO waste my day they screwed all my help also. At this point the saw was only about 30 miles away but for some reason on Monday or Tuesday they sent it to Cheyenne Wy and on Thursday it was sent to Henderson Co. I don't even know what to think at this point but I am curious to see where the idiots send it next.

This company should not be in business. If you value the item you are sending somewhere, do not use this company. They have ZERO accountability if they send the wrong person to pick up your package and that person loses the package. In fact, they send you a bill for double the amount and you have to fight with them to get invoiced correctly for a delivery they never made. Their business practice appalling and I have been using messenger and logistics services for over 20 years. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER SERVICE THAN XPO if you value your item and your sanity.

Update after Bryan responded here. XPO knows what they are doing and I'm pleased to say the TV has been officially lost in their warehouse, the work order was already cancelled and no one ever bothered to proactively tell me anything. They were kind enough to tell me contact LG on my own and figure out the replacement, not XPO as they are quite busy. At first I was upset that not even once did anyone tell me anything, a simple phone call or heck at least email me proactively instead of only updating me when I asked, but luckily XPO explained their business model to me. Before I go any further, please note that I too am now a Business Owner like Bryan of XPO. I bought my 1 share of XPO on the NYSE for about $33 and I couldn't be more pleased to be upgraded to part owner of the company. I'll be sure to attend the shareholders meetings. Their standard practice is that when they "lose" orders, they actually just "find" them later and sell them for a profit for themselves. They also hope that when they reschedule your delivery the morning of 5+ times that you will cancel it. This means the item will just stay in their warehouse, as many of the producers will not take the item back. It's then theirs to keep and sell, genius! I asked if I could get in on the operation as it sounds profitable but they told me that since their director of operations, Bernie Madoff, is currently incarcerated for fraud , I have to wait. Maybe they can bring in that Shrekli guy? He seems a good fit. XPO is no joke and is an industry leader in treating their customers like crap. They are making waves in non-responsiveness. I have some in-laws I don't like and I'm going to recommend they use XPO to guarantee their items are lost and they are treated like trash, XPO's specialty. Thank you XPO!

La peor compañía de entregas, se supone que debía haber recibido mi pelotón hoy desde las 12-3PM, no me llamaron para darme ninguna información de por que iban tarde y cuando contacte a Peloton me dijeron que RXO estaba en ruta y que después de dos entregas sería el siguiente. Después de 2 horas de espera llamo directamente a RXO para que me digan que han cancelado mi entrega y la llevan de camino de regreso. Tome un día libre para poder estar en casa y fue una perdida de tiempo. I was supposed to get a delivery today from 1200- 1500 for a treadmill but I haven't receive it yet. I contact peloton 2 hours ago and they told me it's on its way but now that I call RXO they told me they had to cancel the delivery I had to take a day off work to be at home waiting for the delivery and they don't even call me to tell me it's cancel and I have to be the one calling. Really bad customer service

This is the ABSOLUTE worst company imaginable. Weeks and weeks of being told they will call me. Nobody calls , The reps are reading scripts, talking over you rudely. There needs to be a full investigation by the BBB into their practices. This is absolutely deplorable. I have asked for a supervisor for the past 2 weeks... they never "seem" to be available. And WAIT for the automatic response below from "Bryan" -- I email, call, over and over and over again. All they do is lie, lie, lie.... Class action lawsuits need to start getting filed. Amazon, Samsung, LG, Peloton... they are need to pull their business from this nightmare of an organization. The thousands of similar reviews below should tell you something. WHERE IS MY PHONE CALL?

This company is unreliable, unprofessional and all around disappointing. Had a delivery scheduled for yesterday that never came. there was zero communication regarding my delivery and after calling 3 times nobody could provide any update. Called again today and could not be connected with representatives, but they moved my delivery for 2 weeks after my original date. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

If there was an Award for the worst company in the US I think we have our contender here. Everything about this company is wrong. 0 communication, 0 follow up, externalization of customer support which has literally 0 information at no time. Was supposed to get my fridge on 11/25. Been told it will be rescheduled cuz it required a 4 men crew. The guys left with my fridge and since then it was never fully scanned back at the warehouse. I've been told 3 times that a search will be conducted with 48h and 20 days later, 25 phone calls later with associate and resolution specialist, emails... nothing ! Way to go RxO. I even propose to go to the hub and help them search but no. Looks like their target kn doing the least possible and be the worst people in the region is on track. This Bryan guy pretend that his team can help and nothing ever happens. It really isn't hard to find a piece or declare it lost so samsung can send a new one. But oh well why care of our customers.

I'm posting my email here as well since I seem to be getting some attention. RxO still hasn't gotten back yo me regarding my 11.26 delivery Hi Brian, Thanks for following up on this. So here goes it: On 11.25 I received a call abd email confirming my tread delivery on 11 26 with a 9:30 to 12:30 window. We'll as of 3pm I had no tread, no update, nothing. I reach out to RXO and I'm told even outside the window I should still expect my delivery because it says out for delivery. I was told a message has been sent to the driver to call me..well no call, bo tread. So I reach out to peloton directly, at 4:05 while on the phone with peloton, RXO sends a text that me tread was delivered - not true! Peloton confirms it wasn't delivered, ans the earliest reschedule was 12.7. I am furious at this point because I would have picked 12.7 if that was the case. Pelotob escalated my ticket hoping RXO would have an earlier delivery. Fast forward to 12.7... the exact freaking mess happens. Except RXO tells me the driver couldn't make it because of a previous delivery that caused delays and that they called - me ...lies again...no one called...I am more than happy to provide phone records from tmobile...while arguing with your rep, once again I get a text that tread has been delivered - absolute rubbish... I call peloton and according to them, the truck driver had truck issues and had to go back to the hub so which one is it..delays or truck issues?? Who is lying?? I then get an email that my next delivery is 12.27.22 WTF??? I want my tread now not 12.27..this is insane.. it's robbery... I pay for something abd cant get my item???? I need my tread delivered asap.. I absolutely refuse to wait till 12.27..especially when the hub is is MD. See attachments below for the diff tracking numbers. If I could give zero stars I would. Rxo was to deliver my peloton thread on 11.26 between 930 and 1230. Well they never showed up and never called. I called peloton. They apologized, escalated my ticket and the earliest delivery was 12.7 Well here we are, same thing..no treadmill and they had the ne4ve to send an update saying peloton has been delivered. After talking with peloton again , they said the driver had truck issues and had to go back to the hub. I called again to speak to someone else and was told the driver got held up and delayed at previous delivery...come on peloton who is telling the truth....and why text that it's delivered knowing Damm well it wasn't... At this point if I don't have my delivery before Christmas .canceling.... so frustrating and disappointing om Pelotons part

RXO was used by Samsung to deliver my appliances. I was supposed to get a 1/2 hour heads up call and they didn't call until they got here and left right away. The number they called from was from Puerto Rico. I called it back a little over 5 min later and they never answered. I called RXO back and they said it would deliver still today so I took the rest of the day back just to make sure I was home. They never came or called. Was just on hold for a half hour and no response on the phone for the third time today.

Quick update -- We reached out to Rxo as Bryan requested below. We did not hear back. There has been no update or solution from Rxo. The reschedule was set for today, and when we didn't receive a confirmation email this morning, we reached out to confirm the time of delivery. Again, I took off work to be here for this delivery. Shockingly -- Rxo cancelled today's delivery (with zero notice) and has now rescheduled for the SIXTH time. This is shocking. How is this happening to a customer? How is the Rxo Logistics team treating us this way? This is unacceptable.
