“I sent my son there because surprisingly Amazon doesn't sell capsule maker machines. There's no Walmart in the city. I've been looking a long time. Whilst doing another search, the Vitamin Shoppe popped up and I said "no way". I called a couple and they said they didn't have it, but didn't say anything else like they were going to get more later. Finally called this one and I got the last one and I have the capsules to fit so I was very happy. When they get the bigger size I will go back or send my son. I was on the phone with my son and could here the woman was very nice and helpful towards him.”

Today I received a call from her that for some reason, the store received a different nasal spray (not the one I was interested in). I placed an online order for pick-up late at night & the following day it was ready. I bought "Candidase" at a steal for ~$6 (normally ~$40). The woman working at this location on August 3rd at around 1 PM was awesome! She greeted me right away, was very friendly & bubbly & made my "pick-up" experience so easy that it was one of the only times I didn't walk out thinking "I wish I just bought this on Amazon"! He is ALWAYS helpful, never intrusive and extremely informative. However, today, he went above and beyond what I expected.While trying to take advantage of the BOGO sale, I was dismayed that the product was not available. Upon Bruce asking if I needed assistance, he was able to tell me the reasoning behind it not being in stock, but then he, first asked, if I could travel to a different location before checking to see if they had the product.They did not. He went further.He found the product at their 55th street location. And even called to see if they could put one aside for me, while I took a train ride down. (They actually set two aside and I was able to take advantage of the BOGO deal).I always choose The Vitamin Shoppe, for my protein needs, and even though I live closer to another Protein supplier (recently moved 5 days ago), because of BRUCE I will continue to go out of my way to shop where I feel appreciated, taken care of and seen.Thank you BRUCE for being you!”
