The employees are abject failures at communicating with customers & between one other about basic shxt, such as- this customer is coming to pick up a pair of shoes in this size that was already paid for. 1st trip they didn't have the size I was picking up they said they had it on the phone & i could come pick up. 2nd trip- couldn't find the shoes they had sent from another store. 3rd trip most unpleasant bc dude acted like I didn't pay for them. Like contact ur boss before asking me for a receipt. I get he doing his job & its not his fault his colleagues didn't communicate anything to him about relevant info for his shift. All of this annoyed me! I do not have time to be going back & forth, waiting forever, nor wish to be questioned / interrogated over a damn pair of shoes!!

The quality of the products are horrid now. The shoes are plastic and cheap and the dress shirts are bad quality now. Back in the 90s the clothes were amazingly made and would last. Not anymore! Plus the customer service is awful! Shop anywhere else. Last time I was in I noticed some of the store items were shop worn and looked used. No joke.

I had the worst experience of discrimination and arrogance in this store by the manager, I felt humiliated; I came to return a shirt that I bought less than 2 weeks ago because my dad didn't like it and the manager was super rude saying that the shirt had been used, he treated me very badly, he made me feel super uncomfortable and he turned around no He wanted to continue talking and told me to take my shirt and he did because he saw me as Latin, because I couldn't express myself in English. He took advantage of the language situation and didn't want to change my shirt and told me that he wouldn't give me store credit, I told him that I understood the store policy and was only asking for store credit to go back and buy something different. The manager treated me very badly, he spoke very badly to me, he was rude, arrogant, I felt discriminated against and verbally abused, I really don't understand how it is possible that this person is in charge of a renowned store like Versace. I definitely felt overwhelmed with nothing I could do. The manager forced me to take something from the store at the same time or I would lose my money. I felt cornered since he did not want to give me the store credit. My integrity felt violated in the way how I was treated in this store by the manager. The salesman Victor was very kind and he wanted to help me but the manager said that he absolutely would not give me store credit, the manager was very arrogant, rude and he treated me very badly. I feel disgusted with this person and the bad experience the manager gave me in the store.

I had a wonderful experience at the store! I wanted a personalized wedding gift on a short time frame and Anya the sales associate went above and beyond, they were able to rush the order, order special sizes, customize the items and even packed in gorgeous special boxes. I will be shopping there again, the customer service was top notch and I (and the recipients) love the items and are beyond happy with the purchase!

I guess they don’t have a door man anymore. I ask for the fragrance and after I asked if they had a certain one skip the store if you want fragrances from here go to Sephora

We are overwhelmed how kind this store was for our family of 7 today. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. Fyi, we are a simple family and didn't feel judged in anyway in our cheap Target clothing. The salesman went through all the colognes with my son giving us more time than he needed to. We walked out with a product. Made our day to have a company that is cool and treats people all like royalty. I'll someday get shoes for the wife.. thx and cheers.

On 11/16/22 I ordered a shirt online. The next day I realized that I had mistakenly ordered a women's shirt instead of men's. I called customer care and informed them of the mishap and they told me go go online and have the shipment redirected back to the store before it arrives to my home. I immediately did that and got a confirmation email stating that I had successfully redirected the shipment and to allow up to 14 days to receive my refund. Today is January 2nd 2023 and I have yet to receive my refund. I've been as patient as one could be but everytime I call customer care, I get a different answer as to why I haven't received it. They eventually mailed it back to my house and I had to print up a label and drop it off to UPS. After being told that my refund was either backlogged, or "please allow 72 hours", or any excuse they can come up with, I was told that it isn't their fault that I ordered a women's shirt and that it doesn't meet the standard for a refund. Then was told that she noticed I've been trying to cancel the ordered shirt and i should be getting my refund. The Versace website return and refund policy says any item can be return within 30 days. Everytime I ask to speak with a manager she's either busy on a call or in a meeting, and they would have the manager call me back. I have yet to receive a call from anyone from Versace. This is beyond unacceptable and borderline illegal at this point. Whoever is in charge must be in over their head if you have to sacrifice customer support to meet your quota. I will not give up this fight and will continue to pursue whatever options I have up to including filing civil suit.

I recently purchased two Versace bath robes for me and my partner. Mine is a little too small so I called the soho store where I bought them today to ask to come in and exchange my small robe for a medium one. The woman who picked up the phone at 12:02 today was extremely rude and unhelpful and said I could not exchange it for a medium because it is an "intimate item". I understand underwear and bathing suits, but a heavy robe? When I asked her if a manager was in to help me she left me on hold for over 10 minutes to tell me that the manager was busy and would call me back. I still haven't received a call back.A very bad experience and a lost customer for life
