I purchased a new iPhone here yesterday and transferring phones can be a tedious process. My sales representative, Eddie, was incredibly patient, helpful, and made the experience much more enjoyable than I expected.

I went to this Verizon store because I had been thinking of upgrading my iPhone. I was lucky enough to work with MIN, who was so helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and concerns and even transferred a different color phone from another store that I was considering so I could choose. Now that’s what I call Customer Service!
Because of MIN I purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro Max that day.

Really happy with the service! Trade in my old phone and got a new iPhone 15 Pro fully set up in just half an hour. Very friendly customer service.
