Javier was so incredibly helpful with my unique situation. Truly appreciate his patience but also his ability to help throughout the day as I came in and out of his store multiple times. Even stayed late to help activate my phone while I was waiting for Apple to repair it. Def recommend coming and servicing through Javier!

This place is an absolute scam. Initially I thought they got me for just $230 but they also tried to scam me on the activation fee. Verizon was kind enough to refund that. It’s an embarrassment of a store I would avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! Wish I read the one star reviews for this store before walking in. This store and the store manager, Issac and Rahul, are an absolute scam - they outright lie to you when you ask them questions that are inconsistent with information when you call corporate. On top of the lying, they will charge you random fees for services they’re not actually providing you and when you confront them about it, they threaten and try to intimidate you by threatening to cut your service off. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY!!

Don’t go here .Misleading didn’t tell me no refunds on accessories until after the purchase was done. Lifetime warranty they said through the manufacturer. Such a waste of time unprofessional save yourself the time and annoyance go to a corporate store.

... Super rude over the phone. Web says they repair but guy on the phone said no! He said nope we can't help at all if you come in. But they sure are charging me the monthly extra charge to repair! He said buy another phone at full price. Didn't even offer me a number or place where Verizon Stores do repairs! I don't think Store people even care about bad reviews

I don't know who is the current owners of this facility however, they are extremely rude over priced and not professional. They literally make up the prices, according to have a feel. The previous owner was an extremely nice gentleman that was there for many years and helpful . It should be a violation with Verizon to not monitor these types of private franchises. That's so call work under the name Verizon.

I had an awful experience here....TWICE. I went in to upgrade my phone and was lied to multiple times. I only realized when I called corporate customer service and they told me that what the store had told me wasn't true. I went back to try and fix the problems this store had caused me, and the situation only got worse. This place is a complete scam and I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Issac and Javier were amazing. We had a very obscure issue with my phone upgrade and they worked with me for hours until we solved it, thinking of different approaches and techniques until something worked!

Stay away from this place. Tried scamming me when trying to upgrade phone. Told me the only way I could upgrade phone and get full trade in value was by upgrading service plan. Went to a nearby Verizon store and they confirmed this was not true.

Been trying to get new iPhone since Saturday 2am night, first order only wrong thing was last 2 digits from t mobile number I was not asked to send green card or proof of address, they told me to cancel and place new one, I paid for that first one, when doing new order they just kept asking me for verification, sent green card 4 times and proof of address also? So I just bought FIOS to have them send to Wireless directly the proof of address already confirmed with CORE, they explained that multiple orders are on system but I told her is because that’s what agent kept telling what to do, some agents don’t tell what’s going to happen if you keep having the customer submitting new orders. This last one got flagged because sales agent told me ok let’s cancel last one and make new one shouldn’t ask you for proof of address since you got the FIOS already. And it got on hold and I am flagged now thanks to agent. Please help
