In regard to the window attendant on duty at 9:30am, 29 FebruaryTerrible.I have been mailing between 20 to 30 Certified parcels per year, for the last 4 years. Never have I attached the receipts to the envelope (I am not aware of where they should be placed on the envelope) but here - "You have to attach those, step aside. No step over there" for 4 letters... No line. Possibly she wanted a clear view of no one waiting. How ridiculous.Poor attitude and failing work ethic contribute to a failing Postal Service.

Rude! I tried to ask some clarifying questions and the lady I spoke with got attitude kept interrupting while I was trying to speak and then proceeded to hang up with me. So if you are needing help with anything related to your tracking you might as well not even bother.

The enployee (ms white / whito) helping me out was beyond helpful! I didn’t have my package taped up (and the shipping label as well) and she patiently instructed me to tape up while cutting out the tape for me, at no extra cost. So kind. Thank you again

Had the worst experience here where multiple members of staff went out of their way to be unhelpful.I was asked to provide ID that matched my credit card, when I produced my driving license I was told that wasn’t good enough and I’d have to come back with my passport.A second member of staff said my envelope was too big and had to be counted as a package. I said it was within the specified dimensions and she said “size is down to our discretion”.I then saw the supervisor who used the size template and despite my envelope easily fitting through the hole she still said it was too large. Then I spoke to a fourth member of the team who acknowledged the size was fine but that my envelope was the incorrect material. I later checked the guidelines online and it was fine.Whilst all of this was happening I could hear the first member of staff I saw loudly telling her colleagues I had a dodgy ID.After that I left and went to a different branch where I used the self service machine.I cannot believe a place of business is so useless and unhelpful and filled with so many unhappy employees who are so unwilling to do their jobs.

Was a bit worried when I read all the negative reviews but I had a great experience at this USPS today. The 2 ladies who helped me send a large box overseas could not have been more wonderful. My only tip is to bring your own tape. There is a CVS around the corner

I had a very pleasant experience at this USPS location. I was applying for three passports and the lady at the passports window was very nice and helpful. Her service was excellent.

Horrible customer service experience at this branch! Employees are rude and act as if you owe them something, unnecessarily aggressive, create unnecessary lines. So many times faced horrible treatment and each time I was the only Asian there. When I said yo the manager maybe they are nasty to me because they are racists as I don’t see any other reason, I am polite and they don’t know personally to have anything against me, the only reason can be that they don’t like the way I look.To which the so called “manager” who supposed to regulate the conflicts said it’s inappropriate to say and started yelling over the phone. Is it inappropriate to ask?I told her I’d rather use Fedex or UPS and oat a bit more but won’t be constantly attacked in the post office for No reason or for racism reason. She continued yelling abd hubg up.No wonder why employees are horrible, because the management is very poor!!!

Why USPS on 223 W 38th St, New York, NY 10018 is so rude and entitled? Their job is to create lines and fight with customers. This is the 3rd time. I didn’t know which envelope to use for next day shipping, however filled up and prepared everything to be shipped. It just needed 1 second to stick the label and that’s all. To which a clerk in window 8 said “stay there and finish your stuff”. “There” means in the back of the line. It took me 30 mins just to ship one small envelope but it could take only 5 minutes if she didn’t create the problem where there was no problem at all.I said this usps branch employees are the worst, to which she aggressively replied “what did you say that we are the worst?” , leave. Duhh you are the worst by treating customers as peasants who owe you something! She refused to take an envelope.USPS really needs to teach their employees that their job is not pick on customers and that they are not doing a favor by working there,Horrible branch.

Decent service. Though sometimes you get rude staff members that are not helpful at all. Best to use the services when you are prepared to deliver or post out an item. Be through in asking questions and some politeness. It can help soothe some of the negative tension, even with the ruder staff members that sometimes choose not to listen to your words, statements, or questions conpletely

Horrible customer service. The Indian man at the counter working at 11:45am on Wednesday August 2nd ignored my question 5 times. If you don’t understand the question say that - don’t blatantly ignore me to move your line along. Answering the question would have made this process so much simpler. Idiot.
