Make sure you check your bank after visiting this store. I was charged $15 for printing 3 pages. Completely tried to steal my money. Customer service isn't much help either! Shame on you staples!!!

I haven't needed to print anything major in a while. The last time I needed something printed, Susan was amazing and I posted about my experience. Today I went to Staples to get something printed and could not believe how inept the person in printing was. He did a sample and the print was uneven and greyed out. He just shrugged - offered no suggestion. I said, "Is that the best this big printer can do?" Again he shrugged. I walked across the street to Fedex (50 West 20th Street) and they did a fabulous job. Ask for Rolan B. - I am delighted with the results.

I called my local Staples to see if they had the printer I needed in a hurry. After several transfers within the store and then a disconnect, and two more phone calls, I was told the printer was available there. When I went to pick it up, they determined that it was not available. This is not the first time I've had this experience with the store, and I will no longer waste my time with their ineptitude.

Only Staples location that consistently doesn't carry the visa and mastercard gift cards that Staples puts on sale. Manager just shrugs when asked why. Every other location is better than this one.

Would rather fly to Zimbabwe and have anything printed there before using this Staples again. Joke of a 'printing' department.

$29.93 for 5 pieces of paper printed from an email ( Roughly $6. a page). If it's less than 24 hours notice, it's an Express Fee (even if you walk in). The receipt doesn't even match the order- I questioned the 2 customs jobs, since it was 1 email and 1 print order, but they said it was correct. Do yourself a favor and just buy a printer and save some $$$.

I would like to give a special shout out to Shanelle, Stephon, Marquise and Shaneice. They were all extremely patient and helpful for the entire time I spent in their store. I was experiencing challenges with printing jobs and Shanelle, Stephon and Marquise immediately came to the rescue to support. Shaneice was able to check me out at the register right as the store was closing and shared sweet words with me as I exited the store. Stellar customer service and overall wonderful group of people. Thank you!!!! (P.S. I apologize for misspelling of names)

I came here to use the computers and print some stuff in between interviews. Their copy and print center was fairly organized, intuitive and I had no real issues except for the pricing for printing being exorbitant. Like any other Staples copy & print center (I used to work in one, yikes), they charge you for your time on the computer and for the number of pages you print. Pretty simple. I'd come back for more super exciting resume-printing adventures.

Great staff, awful equipment. It took me 90 minutes to do a 30-minute task. So much of my time was wasted waiting for things to work. So much staff time was wasted fixing the fouled-up equipment. #1. The swipe pad didn't recognize the card I had just bought there. The very first thing I tried to do required staff help to fix a machine problem. Attention Management: Machines are supposed to free up human time. While she reset the swipe pad (twice), I stood around wasting my time. My time is money. Your staff time is Your money. Angry customers waiting for something only a person can do, while that person is correcting what your machine did wrong, is Your money walking out the door and down the street to your competitor. #2. Printing a document: I needed the very helpful staff to do this. It's good that they know the ins and outs of making it print. It took about 5 steps, including selecting the correct printer. Why should I have to select the printer when they have a printer hooked up right next to that workstation? Why does it not default to the printer that is hooked up right to that workstation? Why should someone need to know where the print command window is hiding, and which printer is the right printer to select from the drop-down menu? Why is it not as simple as CTRL-P-Enter? My time was wasted, staff time was wasted. And because of the difficulty, I accidentally sent the print order twice. At $.50 a page, that wasted $2.50 of my money on 10 slices of paper that I did not need. #3. With all of this time wasted, the time left on my card was running out. I refilled it and re-swiped it, but that did not stop the machine from logging me off in one minute anyway. The document I had spent 20 minutes creating? Deleted. The same thing happened to the woman sitting next to me. How is it that every other copy center has a feature that allows you a few minutes to refill your card and restart your work, without you losing all of your work? So I wasted another 20 minutes redoing work I had already done. I then wasted a few minutes saving the document, and then emailing it to myself so that the machine couldn't delete it again. That's a workaround. Pure waste. More wasted time was waiting for the machine to turn back on after I swiped my card again. By the way, the swipe pad? It failed again. More of my time wasted watching the staff waste their time resetting the pad. And when they reset the pad, it takes a few minutes before you can use it. Are you starting to see the pattern here? #4. When I finally got my document over to a scanner, the scanner crumpled the first page of my document and jammed. I cleared the jam myself, and then made a clean copy of the page the machine damaged. The next time I tried, same results, a crumpled page and a jam. I logged out of that printer and was charged $15. A helpful staff member and a manager had to spend a few minutes figuring out how to restore the $15 to my card. We went to another machine and finally accomplished the simple task of scanning 10 pages. I logged out and the receipt told me I had spent $10 scanning 10 pages. A helpful employee and helpful manager put their heads together again on determining why the balance on my card now dropped from $15 to zero $. At some point the printer machine actually determined the amount on my Staples card, after the card reader failed to display the correct balance. Attention management: your machines are all fouled up. If the employees here are making New York City minimum wage of $15 an hour, then Staples lost nearly half of the approximately $30 I spent today. My own time costs considerably more than $15 an hour, which is why I will not be spending another $30 or another $.30 at this store. Attention employees: You're terrific and should start looking for an employer who respects your time and unique human capabilities. Attention Staples Shoppers: Stay away.

DO NOT GO! incompetent employees at the copy and print center. They had the order wrong 3 times and then tried to blame me for their mistake. Save yourself from going here. Go to a REAL copy/print center for any important documents you may have. Change of staff is needed IMMEDIATELY!

Be Careful they do NOT always give Proper receipts with dates at this address! If you buy a large item it will NOT be valid for a return nor insurance. Otherwise well stocked!
