lol don’t waste your time. Two people who absolutely hate their lives run this store and it just oozes with pessimism. They won’t budge an inch to service you.Don’t give them another dime. They genuinely deserve to go out of business.

Service that proactively doesn't care. Came in for a Notary.- "Sorry, no notary at this location."- Well maybe you should change the sign on the front of your store then.- blank stare- Where is your nearest location that would have a notary?-"Sorry hon, we wouldn't know that. Use Google"Shame on you UPS

They don’t offer tape. If you came here to drop off. Make sure your package and the shipping label is fully taped by yourself. Otherwise they will made you to spend money on buying tape for your package.

Very rude attitude. When I ask whether I need to buy a full tape to tape my shipping label, she said “super annoying” and continuously rolling her eyes ?

It is almost comical that, no matter how I tried to be sweet and flirtatious with the chubby customer service woman, I never could manage to inspire the tiniest smile from her face

I feel scammed.Dude told me I could use their computer to print my shipping label, without warning me beforehand there is a fee just to use the computer (on top of the cost of printing). Really? A fee to use a computer?

Rude and unhelpful consistently. Eye rolling and generally always feel crummy after leaving this UPS Store. Very unclear procedures for trying send a package without speaking to someone and when you do speak to them, they act like you’re stupid and they’re ticked that they are having to deal with you. Go to the FedEx around the corner if you can.

Hands down the worst shipping experience I have had. If you read through the reviews, you'll notice many complaints about the woman with long black hair who works here. She was incredibly rude, unhelpful and spoke to me with a nasty tone. This experience was so bad I will make sure to use FedEx whenever possible and avoid UPS for now on. Go to the FedEx on 8th street - the people that work there are very friendly and you won't have your day ruined.

So rude. Trying to ship stuff, but the manager so impatient and unwilling to provide any information that could help with shipping. Ups having all these franchise shops with very limited service. In the end, just tell me to call customer service.

Wow. We take pride in being rude should be their slogan. Don't get it. Usually go to the First Ave location where they couldn't be nicer. Here, they won't even spell their names. "What's your name?" "C." "Cee, eeh eeh?" "Sure if you want to do it like that." Little smug smile.

This is a review of UPS in general, not of this specific location. UPS is absurd. I do not know how they are still in business if they have not figured out how to deliver packages in nyc. The buzzer is broken on my door, and instead of texting or calling or trying to deliver it again the next day, they take the package to one of their f’ing ridiculous “access points”. It’s now 3 days later, my package has still not arrived at an access point. The tracking number says it’s delivered, but the access point doesn’t have it. Learn how to deliver packages in nyc.
