I dropped a package off for overnight delivery and the dude at the counter just took the package and didn't mention I was 10 minutes late for overnight. Had I known I would have just found a driver instead. Customer service people

I went today with a coworker to ship a few packages including an international one. The two employees there were friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.I hope all UPS stores (and all stores) become more like this one.

went here because i received a notice that my package needed to be picked up Christine was extremely rude and not understanding she was not able to help me and should not work here. UPS FIX YOUR STAFF- extreme attitudes this store was awful

I hope the store owner reads this review… thank you for completely changing your staff and hiring professional, neighborly normal people! To future customers, please disregard previous negative 1 star reviews. The staff and environment has changed and they are wonderful. Like night and day! ? I used to avoid this location but now I enjoy stopping by almost daily to support this store with my small business packages.

$3.50 charge for a prepaid label and charged my credit card for $20 for just signing in on computer and trying to print (even didn’t print anything)…. Absolutely ridiculous and the person wasn’t helpful at all

Came for notary services, made an appointment and called to make sure he was there. Had to get wills signed with two kids in tow. Notary was super nice and prompt, and didn’t charge us at all. Great experience, and it was during the holidays when they were super busy.

The employees at this location are super professional and kind.They are well prepared and took care of my shipment very efficiently.The manager is the notary public for the location, you can call before to go there, to make sure she is available.

It’s 11 o’clock in the morning they’re still are still closed. This is the worst UPS store. Corporate should come and investigate this operation. Every time I I need to pick up a package it seems to be lost. There is no organization at the store. It is poorly run. UPS corporate needs to come and examine the store as it does not represent their company well.
