I went today with a coworker to ship a few packages including an international one. The two employees there were friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.I hope all UPS stores (and all stores) become more like this one.

The girl behind the counter was really rude when giving instructions. There’s some people that just aren’t supposed to work in customer support.

Came for notary services, made an appointment and called to make sure he was there. Had to get wills signed with two kids in tow. Notary was super nice and prompt, and didn’t charge us at all. Great experience, and it was during the holidays when they were super busy.
