It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I’ve now had 6 consecutive miserable experiences with the staff at this location. They are consistently rude and condescending. I have to mentally prepare myself before walking in every time. Their customer service is absolutely abhorrent.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at a UPS store that I feel needs to be shared. When I visited the store to send a package for a return, the return address was clearly written on the package. However, the staff member asked me for the address, to which I pointed out that it was already on the package. She entered some information into her system and asked me to confirm it on a screen. Since I didn't have the return address memorized and couldn't see the package from my side of the desk, I trusted that the staff member had entered the correct information when she affirmed that she did.Regrettably, a week later, I received a voicemail stating that the package was undeliverable. Upon calling the store, I discovered that the street and city had been mixed up in the address. This error necessitated a second visit to the store and additional expenses to resend the package. When I addressed this issue, I was told it was my fault for not confirming the address on the screen. However, I had relied on the staff member's assurance that the address entered was correct, as I couldn't cross-check it myself.Upon returning to the store to rectify this, I encountered a disappointing level of service from the same staff member. When I requested to enter the address information myself, as I had lost trust in the accuracy of the process due to the previous error, her demeanor became noticeably rude. She exhibited passive-aggressive behavior, including slamming down the package and crumpling up the paper with the correct address I had re-provided.This kind of attitude, coupled with the initial mistake of entering the wrong address, made for a very frustrating experience. It's essential for customers to feel confident and respected in their interactions with service providers, especially in situations requiring rectification of an error. The lack of professionalism and courtesy shown was disheartening and has unfortunately affected my trust in this particular store. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future customer service and attention to detail

Terrible experience. I took two boxes to return them, but the seller sent me only one label with two references. I was told by the girl attending that it had to be sent in one box. I said ok, so how much would be a box that my two struts fit? She said that they don't fit in one, we have to use two boxes and wrap them together. Why couldn't we use my two unopened boxes and do the same thing? She charged me $60 for the same two boxes. Bad attitude as well.

I saw a number of bad reviews for this location which made me a bit nervous, but either had a lucky day or the employee(s) who have been unprofessional were not on duty today (or no longer work there).Walked in, 2 employees were friendly and welcoming. Immediately helped me ship out a box. Courteous and professional. (I believe Joshua is the one who helped me) No issues.

Made an online appointment for notary services but when I arrived on time, they said the notary was on break and I would have to wait 15 min until she came off break. When I expressed my annoyance with having to wait, the staff became extremely rude. Terrible customer service at this store. If you need notary services apparently you have to call the store directly, and try to avoid this store altogether if you can.

I was there this Saturday afternoon (11/4/23) and dear lord Bryan’s customer service needs a lot to of work. It was my mistake, misreading that I had to package a 3x5x1/2” white box but the attitude and the condescending “goooood byeeer!” when I left was truly unnecessary.

I visit this store at least 2x per week for printing, shipping and prepaid label drop off. The staff is always professional despite working really hard in such a small space. While I may have to wait on occasion — I’ve never had an unpleasant staff experience in 2 years.

If you want snotty rude and slow as a snail customer service definitely come here you want fast service and customer service that is friendly and not rude disgustingly rude service don’t go here i went here waited in line on my lunch break for almost an hour and the workers did not know what they was doing I needed something just notarized and told the woman I should say little girl who works there who had the worst attitude in the world idk how this company would hire someone so horrible to customers she said as long as your in front of me at 330 I will not notarize anything my time is my time I don’t care who it is she said it just like that I told her I’ve been waiting with like 20 other ppl while her and her colleagues was helping the same 2 people to send a package one package for over 40 minutes that’s ridiculous on one customer for one package I had asked her nicely well can you let me just get this one letter notarized I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes and she truly was like if your not physically in front of me by 330 ur out of luck nope my time is my time I don’t care she said not my problem and even ppls mouths open like omg what a horrible attitude she was still shaking her head like well I don’t care and she was slower then a snail not even trying to go faster I know she was helping the other worker out but if she was having a bad day b/ c her and her workers are slow and she can’t handle it that’s something she needs to handle it’s her job customer service and that was so unprofessional and needs to be disciplined for that that’s unacceptable! Whatever she gotta do for customers is not a reason to get so rude and disrespectful with eyes rolling and coming out so wrongly rude she honestly does not need to be working there it’s horrible everyday we gotta wait outside in the rain in the the heat the cold bc they super slow and have no clue what they doing they need to have people there to help customers until they are all done not picking who they want to help and who they don’t that’s totally not right and just way out of line of character ! I sure hope the owner is reading this and fires her bc she was totally out of line and poorly use of words which everyone heard!! Idc if she notarizes she’s not the only notary and I sure will make sure I send business elsewhere definitely not to that specific store !!!

The customer service is so poor! They don't greet customers, smile, say thank you. It's horrible. I'm not doing UPS a favor by using them as a shipping provider.

Couldn’t believe how rude the service was! Came for a notary appointment 4 minutes late and was first told to wait in the line on the sidewalk by one employee before being told loudly and rudely by the other “no, you’re late, I’m not taking you.” Was only in the store for 20 seconds total before leaving shaken and distressed for what should have been a simple appointment.

I would say I should have chosen my UPS store more.carefully not only is customer service horrible they change the rules every day and don't even abide by their contract and have the worst hours of any of them in Manhattan. Today I was told I couldn't pick up my wife's package because she has to be there with ID even though both of us are on the box and never been required to show ID before as you have to have the key for the slip to even pick it up. The entire staff is just terrible. Highly recommend finding a different place.

I came to notarize my documents for visa application. The notary is available before 3:30p. It is better to call before going. A lady notarize the documents for me. She is swift but patient. Recommended !

I don’t understand why the employees aren’t trained to assist costumers if they work in the costumer service? They will do anything but answer your questions or do the right thing for you. I just got this nasty misogynistic vibe from the men who work there and the manager himself. I really feel for that one girl working there with them. Because I know I wouldn't be able to.
