Sierra was very polite, patient, and helpful. Will definitely be a returning client. The Webster also consistently has a wide variety and selection for men at different price points. Always end up leaving here happy! Thank you.

Store is heavily gatekeeped and does not want anyone going in there who isn't explicitly going to buy. I went in yesterday- it was a Tuesday at around 3PM so I doubt there were any customers in the store- and the literal second the security guard opened the door he started bombarding me with questions as to why I was there and where I was looking to go (I didn't even get the bare minimum "welcome in"). I've known about The Webster for several years and the founder spoke at my college graduation last year and I just started working in the area so I wanted to check it out, but I can honestly say that after the maybe 45 seconds I spent in that store I never want to go back. The store has a reputation as being an innovative luxury retailer with a great curation, but within a minute of looking around on the main floor the guard called the elevator and was holding the door open to send me upstairs to an advisor, rather than an employee actually coming downstairs. I work retail so I know the annoyances that can come along with window shoppers, especially in SoHo where people who are broke go when they want pretend they're actually going to buy and waste a significant portion of sales peoples' time trying everything on and taking pictures. That being said, when I go to stores I do like to talk to sales people and make genuine conversation while being upfront that I'm not buying if they aren't busy and there are no other customers. I'm disappointed that a store with the kind of reputation that The Webster has such a cold, sterile, and unwelcoming environment. Visually, the inside of the store is artistic and colorful, but the behavior of the one employee I interacted with, whom I imagine represents the attitude and behavior of everyone who works there, does not line up with the store's visual ethos.

Place tries way too hard for an okay experience that you can find in any other consignment store in the area. Makes you wait to enter or have an appointment no matter what, even though the store is overstaffed and half of the employees are just float around doing nothing. Also, don't ever order anything from them online, it will either take ages or show up damaged.

Worst shopping experience of my life or should I say lack thereof. Definition of a place trying too hard. While there was nobody in the store, the security said I had to wait 5 mins. Mind you the store is empty and it's raining outside. After waiting the 5 mins, I ask for how much longer I have to wait and the guy doesn't even bother looking at me and says in the most condescending way ever, idk. I'm better off taking my money elsewhere. Literally anywhere is better than here. I've gotten service in forever21 that's 1000 times superior to this classless staff. STAY AWAY. If I could give 0 stars I would. Nothing about this place is luxury.

The man I talked to in a Valentino shirt and Issey Miyake pants really took the time and care to help me find what I was looking for. I will be coming back again in the future and the store is so beautifully designed.

great mix of fresh designers (nensi dojaka, knwls) and classics (chanel, dior) and cool energy. Kat was genuinely the sweetest associate i’ve ever talked with at a designer store and made me feel so at home. the music and edit had kind of a miami vibe

Worst experience I have ever had with a luxury store the staff is disrespectful, they only do store credit if you decide to return an item and the manager is never available to help you with anything.....I recommend you guys to not shop here at all it’s not worth it save your money and go somewhere else that’s going to respect your business ...

Won’t never shop in store again in NYC. After returning an in-store purchase thru fedex. The refund process has been horrendous. The store refunded me the incorrect amount and have yet to make up for it yet. Still waiting for the rest of my refund while the jeans are probably sold to someone else now.
